Walnut Grove location has poor customer service and poor delivery times. We live about a five minute drive away in traffic and... we still get our pizza late. 25 minutes late over top of the promised delivery time. This is the last time I will order fromthem. This location has improved greatly. I've not had to wait for my carryouts, pizza quality is very good (improve the cutting a tad... bit). Only reason this isn't a 5 star is because they increased their large 2 topping from 10.99 to 11.99 (some other locationsstill offer 10.99). I'm crazy and eat dominos pretty much every day, so consider this review valid. Read more
I was very disappointed with the curved side pick up service. Immediately after arrival, I checked out through the app, and in... the parking lot right in front of the entrance, I turned on the lights several times to send a sign, but no one brought a pizza.Eventually, the two crying children got off the car seat and went in and brought them. Terrible service! Took my order for delivery and then 30 minutes later, they call me and say that they are unable to deliver due... to being out of my delivery zone. this is the only dominos close by enough for delivery, but after this experience i'd never order wings from them ever again. my... biggest pet peeve is seeing hair in my food. the hair was found inside the chicken not even on top so idk how it got inside. ilost all appetite after that. Read more
just ordered 2 medium pizzas for the first time from this location, and im truly blown away. these pizzas are perfectly greasy,... cheesy, crunchy but soft crust and covered with toppings. the driver came here at a very surprising pace considering when iordered from the fraser highway location in Langley 2 times prior to this one. Both times having delays in the delivery and thepizzas being sup par at best. I lowered my expectations just to be blown out of the water with the service i have receivedtonight and may consider ordering again in the near future from this location. this is the one time i didnt tip for any sort oforder in my entire life. and its the one time i feel like i received perfect service. keep doing what you guys are doing at thislocation, you guys are killing it!
