We live about a half hour drive away, but it was totally worth coming out to Langley just for this. Having recently returned... from a trip to Montreal, I can say this is pretty much as good a smoke meat sandwich as you can get short of flying across thecountry. Poutine was wonderful, my brother's Rueben was absolutely mouthwatering. I think my panini could have been pressed abit longer, it didn't have the nice grill marks, but it still tasted great. Make sure to ask for marbled meat (or even the juicymeat if you don't mind it being extra fatty). Read more
Delicious. Mustard is en pointe. The meat is perfect. I think the only thing that would have added is super crunchy house made... potato chips instead of fries, texture wise to add to the perfect sandwich. Read more
I've been away for a bit and decided to visit my favorite spot. The new menu had recently changed and my favorite Oh Canada (... see second photo ) was my reason for visiting. This is now off the menu, however it still exists as a "hidden menu item" . Sonext time you boys and girls visit and aren't aware..... now you know. Read more
Amazing sandwiches, really authentic tastes. Had the Reuben and it was so fresh and tasty. Awesome staff, the son of the owner... is an extremely hard worker and had great customer service. The other girl employee was standing there picking her nails whilethe son was running around and there was a line up. She was not even aware what was going on, and on another planet. I couldtell the son had to really make up for her lack of effort so A+ for him. Read more
The beef was a bit too dry for me but overall it was good. The poutine was incredible, the fries were like fish and chips, the... gravy had so much flavour but not overly salty or heavy and the cheese was soft and not too dry. Read more
Nice little local deli. Their gravy tastes great and really love their pickle choices on the side. We tried their Reuben,... poutine, and Turkey deli sandwich. All were tasty and worth a try, if you love sandwiches. Read more
For those living in western Canada - this is the place to go to if you crave for Montreal Smoked Meat. It is not as good as what... you get from Montreal and those famous restaurants, but here in Langley you can have a smoked meat sandwich almost as taste,plus the portion is bigger. Nice balance of meat and mustard. Pickle is also good but not very sour. Read more
I have been there twice. First time I did the poutine with smoked meat which was hot and fresh. Not quite as good as Schwartz's... or Dunn's; but better than anything I've had in the Vancouver Area. The second time I got a double roast beef sandwich whichwas incredible. Their garlic mayo is on point and I would highly recommend it. Only real knock is the parking but; that'sbeyond their control.
