The two times I walked in I had experiences that weren't worth complaining about but which kept me going to my regular location.... I accidentally ordered from this freshii instead of the one down the road using skipthedishes. Big mistake. By the time Inoticed it was too late to cancel. I live 2 blocks away but I've been waiting for an hour. It's taken them 50 minutes to preparemy order like what the actual....fast forward to 30 minutes later when I get my food, the soup has no avocado, but it did have ahair! The owners of this location would do themselves a favor by spending some time at the other location nearby. If you'regoing to try to compete at least be prepared ??????? And then to add insult to injury you claim it as a skip delivery issue?They had plenty of drivers on standby. And when the tracker is continuously saying "preparing your order", and twice I wasnotified that freshii needed more time to "prepare my order" The issue was most definitely not with skip. The issue is poorquality service. If you don't know how to train your staff, how can they perform well? It's quite clear the issue is theaccountability of the owner. I would email you about it but it's easier to just drive down the road and not make the samemistake twice. Read more
