Just picked up at a debe through my 10 piece meal, I couldn?t eat the fries as there were hard as sticks. Am pretty sure these... fries were left for hours and they dared to add them in our meal, how could sell something that you people wouldn?t eat!!Shameless. This is the worst KFC that I have ever been to. Literally waited 45 minutes in the drive thru lineup. When we asked the lady why... it had taken so long she just replied ?well your food is ready now?. We then had to wait another 5 minutes for our food. This was thee worst experience. It started off that we couldn?t hear the person through the speaker box. After that we proceeded... to wait in line for 45 minutes until we got up to the front. Once we paid we came home and my chicken was so dry, so inediblethat I didn?t get to have dinner. All I ordered was a Big Crunch sandwich and you couldn?t even bite into it. It was like thischicken had been sitting there for days and they finally got to use it. My partner got a similar sandwich and his chicken wasmoist and easy to eat. Definitely won?t be returning. I waited one hour inside! I can't go through the drive thru because my truck is too tall, so I had no choice to wait inside.... (Being my fault) I forgot my debit card in the truck, they made me wait in line again while 4 people went ahead of me! They areVERY under staffed, horrible service. Then, the males washroom was out of order and they had men going inside the women'swashroom! Then the food... so small, the taco was barely filled with anything, you would have to eat 50 just to be full. Neveragain will I come here. Read more

Ordered online, arrived at the drive through menu board at the specified time, took 18 minutes to get to the pickup window, food... was cold. I called KFC corporate and was told to call the store. Called the store and was told the only way to refund is inperson at the store even though the app easily takes my credit card for payment. Not worth my time to drive back to the store,won't be going back any time soon. Read more

Tried this place a few times. It?s been alright. Gravy color a bit darker than usual and a bit more salty but still good because... hey ? KFC. Kids were happy. Phone was off the hook so could not call to make special request for online order. Counter was nice, just have to ask and double check your orders as with any KFC. Keep in mind the pay is probably not that great so be nice tothe staff, it is a fast food joint after all. Read more

I ordered 10 piece box online. Came with 3 large sides. I got 8 thighs, 2 small drumsticks and a wing. I know 11 right, but 8... thighs! No breasts, no sturnum, no pairs! This place has go downhill. The girl at the online pick up counter was slow lookedlike had some kind of walking disability and kept walking around the warming rack , I can only guess looking for thighs. I ordered a zinger box combo that comes with two chicken wings. After waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and... repeating my order multiple times, I get home and find this. A feather still attached to one of my wings. Please refer topicture. Not sure how they do quality control here but obviously someone failed!
