I always order plain quarter pounder with cheese, fries and a med coke. Coke tasted off, like most McDonald's. (Keep on top of... your syrup and cleaning) But I absolutely was amazed by the burger. Everything was perfectly in line. Thanks!! Read more
I think advertising your open 24h, then when I walk 25 min to the store the open the door amd tell me they can't take my... order, I can't order using Macdonald app as my Google account is not Canadian, and I don't have a car as I am traveling. Ioffered to walk through to the drive through but she told me she would not serve me, considering when a Canadian friend used theapp yesterday the app told us to walk through the drive though. As a truck driver I have many time bee instructed to walk up tothe window to be refused entry amd ordering just up set me.. very bad form from this chain Read more
McDonald's is doing a good job moving with the times. They've introduced a new reward system, which I don't think I'll add to... my phone, that's why the 4 out of 5 stars, coffee and muffin for my wife and I, at a price that is cheaper than a litre of gas?? nice. My wife was a Starbucks fancy coffee person, I too would do a pumpkin spiced late but they got way to hard to get andthey no longer taste the same. McD's coffee is great, the sizes seem smaller, but they are consistently great coffee, even mywife says she's been sneaking off to get her coffee there for work. The drive trough was busy, but they sure move people, welldone on that! Not one of the best locations. Maybe short staffed but I had left orders before because they take too long. Recently waited... curbside for iced drinks. Had to go inside and found drinks sitting with melted ice. Hit and miss here. Sometimes I?ll make adrive further to get and iced drink. Or opt to pay extra for Starbucks because they make effort to care for their customers Read more
The manager that works there is loud and is slightly rude to customers and the people that work there. I asked for ketchup and... the manager basically threw it at me. The customer service she has is not good and I won?t be coming back here anytime soon. Went threw drive threw on my way home from work got a Big Mac poutine and a second burger got home to the food freezing cold and... tasting like it was left out for a couple days after calling three times the phone number was oblivious turned off and so I wentback threw drive threw and asked for my food to be remade the guy I was talking to completely ignored me for 4 minutes aftermoving too the first window he was already taking the car behind me?s order after waiting for 15 min I finally got my food backand done properly. Worst McDonalds in Langley. We?ve had so many issues. From ordering double hamburgers and getting single cheeseburgers. Took... them 5 tries to get it right. Not hard to read a label!
