If I could rate 0 I would! Fries so salty even the kids wouldn't eat them. Rudest cashier ever.
Food always on time, personnel determines experience from food timing to treatment of those they may deem "undesirable" based on... arbitrary standards especially during wet weather when many of us are dressed in clothes that may be soaked from working outsideor stained from working class individuals. This is the worst Mcdonalds. Even at McDs standard. Flithiest place. Trash bins overflowing. Flies are everywhere. Manager wasnt... able to handle stress. Short on staff.Felt sorry for kitchen staff, they were struggling with orders. If you cant run shut itdown. Read more
This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the Langleys. The girl taking our orders got two items wrong and we had to go back... and line up again. The womens' washroom had no TP in it. It was not a busy time of the day; there were perhaps 6 peoplesitting down and nobody lined up so there was no excuse for the shoddy service. However the girl waiting on us was polite butmaybe inadequately trained. Read more
This McDonald's is located inside Walmart. Tried it today the taste is ok but the quantity and quality are not the best I have... seen at McDonald's. Could be better, I feel like I should stop eating at McDonald's because of the quality, quantity going lowand price going up. Read more
Went on a Saturday just a little after lunch. It's a McDonald's in a Walmart, so it's random whether or not it's gonna be busy.... I would say it was about 6/10 busy. So not too bad. But the wait time was pretty long. I'm not sure exactly. But I know I couldhave definitely gone out to my car, driven to the corner, waited in the drive thru and got my food faster. It was long. Wedidn't get anything serious. Quarter pounder and Big Mac combos. The food was as expected, but the service level was slow. Read more
Everything was fine. Accept the small grilled chicken snack wrap. Had to take both them back. When they were both swimming in... sauce. The staff were very good at getting me 2 more. We left and found the next ones also swimming in so much sauce. So back wego and this time we get them both without sauce. So that was our first time getting too saucy. Read more
