Service was very good and staff was very polite. Chicken was very well cooked!

Waitress took our water never come back with the refill she promise. The manager like to talk or arGue with a customer on the... hall way which lead to seating area, when we come into restaurant. They are blocking the way to seating area. Pop machine isbroken and no alternative options. The bbq corn I order with had chicken is cold. Waitress never around. She is busy eithertaking order or cleaning table. Only time waitress at our table, is to take our empty water away and never comeback. We will notgo back again. Read more

The moment I entered this restaurant I didn?t have a good experience. The manager I dealt with in store lacks customer service... skills. This location was one of our favorite Nando locations pre pandemic because of the way they used to cook the chicken. We decided... to dine in today after a long time and dinner was a disaster! My chicken was sent to the table burnt! The combination of thebasting sauce and burnt chicken left a terrible after taste. The restaurant was busy and nobody seemed to notice my manyattempts to draw the servers attention. Finally, I got a server's attention when she was at another table and she came over. When I showed her how burnt the chicken was, she apologized and explained that sometimes the chicken does get burnt if the grillis too hot!! Even a novice cook would recognize the chicken was burnt and yet it was plated and sent to our table! Theserver offered to bring me another plate, but the small portion I ate, had left such a terrible after taste that I was notinterested! Destroyed my dinner which I had looked forward to! First time and last time I will eat there. Ordered a chicken sandwich not spicy. The sandwich was spicy, so I could not eat it.... Without telling you there is a cost they up sell you for mushrooms 3.69, mango and garlic spread 1.59, perinaise sauce 1.79. My$9.30 dollar sandwich turned into $16.30. Service was super slow. First time at this location. Beautiful and vibrantly decorated patio. Decor wasn't bad in the main dining area. Excellent... service and both dishes we ordered (white and dark meat) were cooked perfectly, so succulent and juicy. Nice selection of hotsauces. Clean and well maintained self serve area.
