To be very honest, i like panago?s pizza alot but this time my experience wasn?t good as i had ordered plant based cheeze pizza... which was totally unbaked and difficult to eat as it wasn?t properly baked. Sorry but this order was totally waste of money.When I asked to staff about my order they clearly said ? may be you are trying for first time that?s why it seems odd to eatlike seriously ??? First time ordering here as it?s closer to work than the other location I usually go to. I?ll be going back to the other... location. Ordered the Tropical Hawaiian because I like the smoky sauce but they just put regular tomato sauce on it. Not surehow they got that one wrong. Read more
Ain't fresh but is edible after hours on weekends and a two four. Four stars.
This is our local panago and they always do a great job. They closed for a few weeks to do a reno and we tried another panago... but it wasn?t the same. The pizzas here are always fresh and just really good. I?m not a big review person but the consistencydeserves to be noted. Read more
So many body hairs on my pizza , I really think someone was shaving on the kitchen. It is really disgusting, find one hair... happens sometimes unfortunately. but was too much hair. So disappointed, so disgusting. Read more
Well we ordered from panago ,as per sons request his birthday choice. Well the pizzas came in a timely manner. But that kinda... where things changed. I know its fast food,careful not to compare to homemade but . The pizza were ordered extra well done,extrasauce extra pepperoni, as i remembered that was a problem in the past with this company. So right off they were cold,soggy andthe toppings on the ham and pineapple were not even slighty browned ewwwwwwww. I took 2 bites and gave the rest to our dog. Nowsits on our counter 1 and a half pizzas probably destined for the airfryer to try and bring it back to life. Son said it lackedthe flavour even with the added meat. Just dissappointed i guess. This Panago location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our 20 person order, each ordering their own item(s) with... customizations. Not to mention, everything was made perfectly! We place large orders like this every few weeks and expect oneor two things to go wrong but the most humbling part about our experience was how the driver said to give them call ASAP ifanything was wrong or missing. There is no use getting angry over the little things but it was nice to see their willingness totake care of us if need be. Thank you, Panago! Keep up the good work. Read more
Hi, it is really a great place to eat, all the staff members are very friendly and always treat their customers with great... smile, their food is delicious as well as fresh. Mistakes are part of life that sometimes happen with their orders as well butthey always remake food for their customers to overcome their mistake. I love to visit here for takeout. Read more
