This location has lost all sense of customer service. The staff are consistently rude, blunt, and unhelpful. The location... strives to provide the bare minimum of care and is uninterested in assisting customers. The answer is always no, we don?t knowhow or they flat out accuse you of lying. We purchased gift cards from the location last December and when they wouldn?t workthey told us the cards were from years ago and we clearly used the funds. The manager was supposed to call but never did evenafter attempts to reach out from our end. Finally Walnut Grove was able to get it sorted and confirmed the funds on the giftcard. Highly recommend any other location or different chain all together. Read more
If I can give them less than 1 star I would. They delivered wrong food...missed my pasta dish and sent me personal size pizza ... instead of a small when I called very rude about it on phone, never order from there again Worst pizza in town!!! Read more
Absolutely horrible service!! Ordered a pizza online and was supposed to arrive between 735-745 and it still wasn?t here by 8pm... so I called the customer service line and they kept giving me the run around and I got hung up on. Couldn?t get through to thestore directly and at 820 they had got through to the store and told me it would be another 20 minutes which is 2 hours after Iordered! I told them to cancel it cause I?m not paying for it if it shows up and the customer service guy couldn?t get ahold ofthe location! Do not order from this location! Read more
This is the WORST pizza hut in canada. Placed an order online and after 90minutes of waiting and a hungry child i tried to... follow up. I tried to call them but because of their central callin no one would pick up! My boyfriend decided to drive downhimself to get things sorted. This is ridiculous. I finally stumbled upon a pizza hut restaurant in BC. Over the years we forgot the taste of freshly baked pizza straight out of... the oven to the table top. If you like pan pizza, pizza hut is still the place to go to. We ordered extra cheese and the kidsloved it. We also had garlic break and an assortment of chicken wings. This is the worst customer service & delivery driver, went to the wrong address, then said he?ll be at the correct address in 10... mins, waited at the main entrance another 30 plus minutes, called to see where the delivery was, ignored us, then tells us pizzais cancelled, no more drivers after 10pm, i called at like 8pm, which was couple hours before 10pm. Soo not happy with thisestablishment, do not recommend this place at all. You should be ashamed of yourselves. At least have the common decency to letthe customer know if your not coming. Read more
