I rely on this place as a great meeting location, the ability to customize my order, and speedy service. Parking can be a little... sticky at peak times, but I just park farther away to make it easier. Plenty of veggie and low-fat options, and my cup is neverempty. Great staff! Read more

First time at this Ricky's location. The atmosphere was perfect not too overwhelmingly busy or crowded. Different sections to... sit at whatever you prefer. Super friendly waitresses & fast Service. Disappointing food. Who would have imagined that you could ruin avocado toast? Soggy bread. "Off" avocado and way too many... tomatoes with an odd sweet oily dressing. Friendly staff. Comfortable environment. There was so much left on my plate that itwould have been appropriate for the server to ask if I had any concerns about my food. We have gone there for almost 20 years sothat's why I gave 3 stars otherwise I would have given only 1 star. Read more

Waitress seemed ok, polite enough. Food was good, what I expect from Ricky's. Used the bathroom and saw cobwebs all over. Was... shocked that they didn't clean walls and ceilings of this. It made me look at the restaurant more closely when I sat backdown... there were cobwebs all over it kinda grossed me out a little. Made me wonder what the kitchen cleaning was like...????????? utterly terrible service told the waitress what was wrong with the food and she just walked away quickly and did not return for... the rest of my time there because another waitress helped by handing me the bill before i was done eating and she did not returnas well. and another waitress or host came with the machine. the wait for the food took too long and was very disappointingsince i had to rebuild my own burger with a flattened bun and so much lettuce to cover up for how bad the bacon was burnt andthe cheese wasn?t even melted. like it was just a cold thick slice of cheddar on top i would recommend to go to the ricky?s onhighway 10 in cloverdale because the service there has never disappointed me once longer than i can remember and the staff issuper friendly there and they will always make sure you leave happy Thanks for the bad food Ricky?s Murrayvile Read more

Pretty mid. Plastic plates. Waitresses have been nice. One time took over an hour to get Breakfast after ordering, and they... cleaned my table (including taking my coffee) when I went to go to the bathroom while waiting by myself. Diner style breakfastfills you up, nothing too special about it, I mean I like it but nothing out of the ordinary. Cost is quite high ~$28 with basictip for 1 person for standard breakfast. Was here with my fiance and found our waitress to be rude. My fiance went to order for me (I had told him what I wanted). Our... waitress took great offense to this and clearly let us know this. She would not make eye contact or smile until the very end ofthe meal. Our breakfasts took twice as long to come out as they should have. We asked about asked about it.
