They don't listen or confirm your order. They give the wrong order alllllll the time!!! And very blatantly gave me an American... when I specifically ordered long shots. Made excuse after excuse. As many other Starbucks these days the multiple streams of service ie) in person, mobile and drive through make for longer wait... times which is not as convenient as its intended to be. I will always only order one drink but in different places at different times there will be different portions and different... tastes their explanation is also perfect, ok I admit I am a coffee idiot but my wife loves it, today I I also bought an extracup for myself, but the result was two cups with different colors and flavors. I knew they were busy, but he said lightlybecause the light-colored cup had more ice cubes. God, I specified that I don?t want ice cubes. After these two cups of coffee,I understand a truth. Go here all the time as close to my work. Usually really good. Today had a really bad order made. My Venti matcha frap tasted... like water with light whip on it. Gross! I see a lot of new people working. I think they need to slow down and make thereorders properly. Hopefully tomorrow will be better when I pick up my re-do for it. Read more

I went this location about a week ago. used drive-thru. somehow it was long line up. and I found out there was too many new... starter at same working shift. I understand that it was weekday so shift supervisor may put many newbies as training. but it wastoo long for delay. and they made mistake on my drink. (no pumps. just shots, ices and caramel syrups on top. asked doubleblend. but ice wasn't blended at all. there was all half cubes on bottom) it was bitter.
