It's Subway. You get what you pay for. Staff was nice, understood English.
Was fantastic. The service was friendly and made a great sandwich for me. I got a couple of cookies with it, and they were... enjoyable as well. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a solid place to have a decent amount of food that canbe easily customized to your liking. Read more
Made an online order totally wrong. Sent in complaint and wasn?t even offered a coupon for another one. Just a generic apology... from franchise owner by email. No offer to do anything. Wasted $12 on a sub I had to throw out. Read more
Ordered my sub online at 10:45am. No lettuce, extra spinach, and usual meat and veg. Pick up time 11:40. I showed up 11:39... thinking they probably make it way ahead of time anyway... They did not. She was finishing it as I walked in the door. It hadthe most spinach on it, in my 15years of ordering subs.. Usually I have to say more, more, a little more.. Very impressed. Shedeserves a raise.. I was impressed by the customer service of this Subway location! I ordered 7 different menu items by phone for pick up at a set... time. Not only was the clerk friendly both on the phone and in person at pick up, but she also had my order ready early and wasaccurate with each specific item. Overall has friendly staff . Except one female . She is very rude and has a wrong approach with Dealing with Customers. Also... this store has been down one washroom-The Female Washroom for over a month. Like come on it does take this long to fix awashroom. If I could give it a zero for service I would. Rupinder served me and rolled her eyes at every request I had to the point I felt... uncomfortable. I asked for a sauce on the side as well that I had no problem paying for and she told me she could NOT do that.So I asked her to maybe put a bit in a soup cup and I would be willing to pay for however much they charge?.. another roll ofthe eyes and big huff. I live and work in the area and will never be back. I don?t ever complain about service because I knowpeople have bad days and I work in the costumer service industry but this was over the top.
