It's a taco bell in all of its entirety. They also have a KFC as a part of this one so expect your order to take slightly... longer. That's probably because of limited staff trying to go through possibly 100s of recipes between two different brands.Food was good, drive through can take awhile but at the end of the day if you need Taco Bell fixing this will handle that. This location is always extremely busy, and seemingly being understaffed with undertrained workers just makes things... worse. Being Taco Bell, the quality of food is as expected. While an issue at every location, it is notable that the portion ofmeat provided per item is extremely small now. The location is decently clean. During one visit, the employee at the register"forgot" to give me my change, and then ignored me until I asked to speak to the shift manager. During the most recent visit,the employee at the register had difficulty understanding a request to not add rice to a couple burritos. Upon bringing anotheremployee over, they finally understood the request, and helped add the request to the order... Except they added two additionalburritos to the order, and the shift manager had to be called over to provide a partial refund. As much as I am nostalgic aboutgrabbing a taco and a drink every week or so with my dad on the way up the Sea To Sky highway... It's Taco Bell, and it isn'teven affordable any more. Despite the convenience and some nice exclusive products, you're probably better off just making ataco kit at home. Read more
Nice cozy place for a dine in. We ordered a take-out which was prepared efficiently and quickly by the lady at the counter.... Should be a nice cozy place for a sit-down meal as well. Read more
Very disappointed. We ordered online and according to that it will take like 25 mins. We were in the parking lot when ordered. ... When we got the items the 7up was just soda water. The bag with the nacho granda was in a bag standing up. Well it all slide andall the dips was mixed and cheese all over the box. It was 10 mins after we picked up the message came that the order was ready.The order was picked up early and was cold. The online order is not correct. When my husband went in to replace the drink allthe 7up dispensers were empty. He had to wait for them to replace it. Read more
Not bad at all. But no Baja Blast which is blasphemous to not have with ???????? Otherwise the quality was much better than any... other locations I?ve been too. It?s got air conditioning too which helps with the powdered meat sweats. Read more
I bought a big box meal the the chalupaeas burn fries taste grouse if I was near I would've gone back and returned it
I wish I could take a picture of just how cold my food is after waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru and to get my drinks not... even filled up all the way?. Not only did the person helping me not apologize for the 40 minute wait through a fast foodestablishment but the manager on duty looked to be in no rush at all. He would rather lean on the buttons that clear the orderscreen which was flashing showing how long of waits people are waiting. And to top it off they locked the doors to walk incustomers. Absolutely NO reason should the service be 40 minutes long and have someone sweeping the front of restaurant.. allhands on deck? Absolutely not here. This place needs to close there doors for good. Terrible food?.. Super hit and miss at this location. Spent $25 on 4 tacos. Dorito hard shell, 7 layer burrito & crunch wrap... supreme plus an additional taco. All were stale and actually bad smelling with hardly any meat inside. Read more
