We went here for our Wedding anniversary and Valentines. It would be 5 stars for your welcoming. We ordered steak and 2 lobster... tails dinner. We ordered medium rare of steak but it came out with rare, but it was ok cuz my husband can eat rare too. Thelobster tails i think it was over cooked so it was dried, i didn?t feel lobster juicy and sweet. I want to thank David A forexcellent service. Hope you have a better day than that day ???? Went here for dine out Vancouver. It was a great price for three courses, and each one was delicious as always. The Caesar salad... is one of my favorites as it is always perfectly dressed. The steak was medium rare as it was ordered. The one disappointmentwas the brussel sprouts that came with the salmon- it says they should be roasted and that is always how the dish has been inthe past, but these ones seemed boiled. Went in on a blizzardy Monday night. I understand the new Covid regs but im pretty sure the intent of reducing the restaurant... occupancy by 50% is to spread everyone out. Not close all seating except a corner where you jam everyone into the same area.Kind of defeats the whole purpose. I also must preface this by saying we first tried the keg in Abbotsford but it was closed!? So braved the elements to get to Langley and albeit a little later than dinner service usually is?we made it in time to orderpistachio crusted salmon with wedge salad replacement of mashed potatoes and prime rib with what was supposed to be a twicebaked and a Cesare. Although mistakenly the potatoe was replaced with a baby Cesare salad. So we asked for the twice baked aswell. See the pics for what we got - that is the top of the potatoes (usually the best part) which we easily just lifted off thepotatoe and placed on the bed of excessive onion frazzle that was provided??? That was dumped off the plate by us. What isthat??? Why??? I feel if that is something someone wants - let them ask for it. No need to mess up an entire plate with it!.Also. Don?t get a side wedge salad - see the pic for what that looked like. They used the same amount of cheese and dressing asif it was 4x the lettuce. Was actually inedible. Server was okay - she made sure she didn?t make eye contact after she servedthat potatoe. But she was quick to offer a free piece of billy miner pie so we felt somewhat redeemed. The salmon was cooked toperfection and so was the prime rib. So a 5 star for the proteins but a 3 star for the entire meal and the accompaniments. So 4star average. Side note: I have been coming here since the parking lot was gravel and it made me kinda sad to see/feel theenergy that is left here in the wake of Covid ????.
