I went there around 5:30 in noon to grab hot chocolate and caramel macchiato I went to drive through i repeated myself 5 times... still they getting wrong thing so I went inside and ordered inside asked the girl to add expresso foam and she started makingfun of me it?s already come with 2 expresso i felt humiliated. Awful Tim Hortons. Asked for a simple coffee and when I paid with the app she pretended I didn't and asked for payment. Then I ... was handed my coffee which she confirmed was a coffee and when I tried it, it turns out to be tea. If I saw the other reviews Iwould have never gone here as there is a better location down the road. Read more

They had to remake my order 3 times. Never offered a manager to handle the situation. They just kept throwing the same girl... under the bus to fix it. Someone should step in at some point to make sure the situation is okay. They are too focused ongetting new orders out on drive thru to keep their time record Read more

Third time I have ordered the Cilantro Lime Salad with Crispy chicken. They are in such a hurry to get you through even when no... one is behind you yet they have never given me one with chicken on the salad. I've also mentioned this many times and they havenot offered anything in return nor any kind of an apology or reimbursement. Also I find asking "How you going to Pay" seemsrude. Read more

They delay the drive through line to improve their statistics. Whenever you pull up to the drive through, unless you are only... ordering one coffee, they will always says "just one moment I need to confirm we have that." and then they leave both cars atthe ordering station until they have prepped their orders This often results in the cars that came in after you to be servedbefore you if they chose the other line. I believe their service is timed from the minute the vehicle pulls up to the window(hence why they are rushing to give you your whole order before you can even put your card/wallet away). I used to think this Tim?s was just a slow time Hortons in the after noon with two employees working the inside. But now it?s... not just the afternoons it?s also the mornings the lack of attention the indoor customer receives is just absolutely horrendoustakes 10 mins any time of the day to get a coffee if you walk in. 10 employees for drive through one for front counter. This tim hortans is offering free paper as an ingredient in the sandwich. The employees have zero sense to deal with customers.... It seems they are frustrated with their job. This is 4th time in a row that i ordered and paid for food and beverage but endedup receiving something else . You guys need new staff/individuals who want to work with bit more zeal and enthusiasm.
