We order 2 large chai tea we said to add 3 oat milk 4 sugar I don’t think there is even 1 sugar and the milk even do not... tastes like oat milk and the veggies were also not good . I would appreciate if this tim Hortons would take better care when it comes to the coffee cups they hand customers. Today they... handed me a damaged cup and in turn when I grabbed it the lid piped off because the cup didn't keep its shape. After the cup lidflew off coffee poured all over my hand. It wasn't cold let me tell you that!! All I got was a sorry and new coffer not evenmoney back. I dont think I will be coming back. Read more
Good and fast sometimes but for delivery the staff take too long... orders for delivery take 5-10 minutes extra... We accept and... drive to here for 10 minutes already... the total pay is for us $9 for 30 minutes including delivery time and travel... minusgas and car expenses we are making $10 hourly. for the flexibility !! The dirtiest Tim's I have ever been too. Garbage lying on the floor everywhere n all the tables were almost full cups n napkins.... No proper English. Staff yelling n talking in punjabi in front of guests. Had no option but had to give 1star. Definitely notgoing back. Read more
This is a Tim Horton's location to avoid. It took 10 minutes to get our order made and there was no one ahead of us inside.... Even a guy came in after us and got served faster than us. Several cars in the drive-thru got served ahead of us. BTW therewasn't special about our order just sandwiches. The grilled clearly had been sitting as it was almost back to room temperatureby the time I was biting into it. Further the bathroom looked like it was last cleaned about a week ago. Definitely the sinkhas been cleaned recently. Made me wonder when I had to touch the door handle to leave. Read more
I went through the driveway today and forgot to ask for chocolate timbits for my little son. So I asked them at the window and... two people at the same time same screamed no Orders at the window and lady who was at the till came back to me and said so loudagain no orders at the window next time. I mean do they have no training what so ever to talk to the customers. She could havesaid the same thing in a polite way but no it seems like they have no respect and regard to the customer. And it has been donethree times with me when they gave me the wrong order especially with soups but I did not go and scream at them and said hey yougave me the wrong order give my money back or replace with new order. I dont know if some one incharge will read that or not butthe workers there are so rude and unprofessional especially the morning staff at the window. Read more
I recently rated this Timmy's 4 stars, however, my recent visit was very disappointing. So I'm now changing it to one star. Not... only did I give a basic order sausage and egg breakfast combo, but they made me wait 25 minutes in a park install to bring it.Once they brought it the order was incorrect. Oh did I mention that they told me that they are only accepting cash once I pulledup to the window. I was wondering why the line was so long. Not once have they ever given me the correct drink despite having written on the lid what it is suppose to be, and every time I... get a bagel with cream cheese there is barely cream cheese any on it. The staff may be friendly when I go through the drive thrubut that does not make up for constantly screwing up.
