This is the worst tim hortons i have ever been to the only reason i come here is because its the only one close enough to work.... Slowest service, several times i have come and asked for food they told me they were no longer serving food. And its only 4:30!!Food service seems to have been better as of late, but today i got a ice cap with ALMOND milk as im allergic to dairy and icould clearly see as they were serving it to me it was not almond milk and she said yea no it is. Not impressed, they also triedgiving me a ice cap with chocolate milk before. Read more
Literally ordered a BLT( bacon, Lettuce, Tomato!!) and received sausage in it I just want to know how the heck you get sausage... from bacon the first letters are completely different. If my kids can have listening ears so can you. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons experience! I wanted the Biebs Brew, they didn?t have it. I ordered an iced coffee and a buffalo chicken wrap.... I got a hot coffee and breaded chicken wrap, no sauce. They didn?t replace the coffee, said we were wrong in our order. The wrapwas gross, so dry. Read more
I usually refrain from giving low ratings but this one is a special one. This has got to be the slowest and most incompetent Tim... Hortons I have ever come across. I see other drive thrus with like 10 cars and im in and out of the drive thru in 10 mins orless. But at this Tims, you might as well take a power nap while waiting for your order. They often mess up my orders and attimes I find going to the Mcdonalds opposite this Tims to be more convenient. It doesnt end there, you might think the drivethru is packed and want to walk in. Sure, by all means go ahead, cause you'll have to wait as much as the drive thru if notmore. Read more

Whats not to love. Free, Tim' delicious Dark Roast Coffee (won from Tim's Hockey Nights Rewards), super efficient drive thru... service, a COVID friendly approach and super friendly and polite staff. Very convenient drive through when in Mission, I wishthey would update the menu and aesthetics as its a bit out of date but not a huge issue. Read more
So many things on the menu but not available. Very disappointing to look at the menu and make a decision only to find that it's... not available. Add to the fact that they couldn't even get a simple order right. Had to wait so long to get my coffee that myfood was cold! Listening to people following me, I'm far from the only person who is having to deal with this kind ofdisservice. Read more
