I?ve only been at this location a few times, but I will admit that each time I went there the bathrooms are always disgustingly... dirty. I know it?s not hard to maintain because the A&W across the street does a phenomenal job on keeping their bathroomsclean. It seems to be a trend with most Tim Hortons in the lower mainland, the staff just don?t like cleaning the bathrooms. Italso took me a long time to convey what I wanted for a coffee, I wanted a black coffee with two sugar and to leave room forcream. Doesn?t seem difficult does it? However I needed a translator just to place my order. That?s a little ridiculous. TimHortons is so overrated. This is why people go to Starbucks, the bathrooms are clean, and you don?t have to spend 20 minutesexplaining what your order is! Read more
Food is all fresh and good, but mistakes always happen. My worse experience is the dirt. The place all filthy, the floors, the... tables, the benches or the chairs and the worst is the bathrooms. I have to ask for extra napkins to clean my table and thechairs, under the tables full of napkins and crumbs. The bathroom get cleaned once a week i guess, because I went two days in arow and same filth like pops and papers on the floor. This was my chili order ?.far as I know this is not what the bun is supposed to look like. Also questioning the chili ?if they... can?t see this bun is not acceptable then who knows about the chili. And the worst thing is I waited 15min at the window toreceive this garbage. Read more
I placed an order for coffee and waited for longtime, Staff was talking to each other not paying attention towards any order.... They forgot about my order and i have to remind them!They guy working their was so rude with staff members, he works at 64 aveand fraser hwy the experience over there was also not so great! I am pretty confident that this location waters down their coffee. It may be to save on cost, or maybe laziness by employees so... they dont need to make coffee as frequently. My last 3 visits my dark roast coffee tastes weak and watered down. Read more
Every time I have gone to this Tim?s, I have an issue. Ordered the harvest breakfast sandwich this morning. They gave me regular... sausage ?and the lettuce I added is moldy and wilted. I am shocked this location hasn?t been closed down due to food safeissues. Read more
Omg worst coffee ever!!! So watered down it doesnt even look right. Honestly tastes like they made it with the water they used... to wash the pot...and sure taste different from 4x4 i get at other tims. Update: dec 13th had the most disgusting sandwich. Youguys couldnt even take the time to put it together. Terrible service Read more
OMG worst experience ever! I'm very upset. I ordered a dozen of donuts and the staff was SO SO RUDE. She took my order... DISRESPECTFULLY. Is this how Tim Hortons treats customers??? I had to say two or three times what I wanted because she didn'teven listen carefully. She even touched my donuts with her dirty hand while taking out from inside and when she took out a wrongone she threw it back frowning. This is SO RUDE! Do you sell rudeness?? I talked to the manager and the manager did not seem totake my complaint seriously. On top of this, when I opned the box one fly flew away from inside.
