Worst Tim horton there was no one ordering but I still have to stand in front of the counter and wait for 5 minutes until... someone actually started taking my order. I said ice capp without cream, i meant no cream on top but there was no cream at allit was just iced black coffee I know it's part of my fault but the service is still terrible. There was tons of garbage on theground and chairs every where. When my orders are finish no one said anything and it was just sitting on the counter, reallyexpected more. Read more

Worst Tim Horton's in my opinion. I come here a lot bc it is the closest in my area. Staff are never friendly, they all look... miserable and not welcoming. The lady who took my order toss my donut at the counter, so rude! I hope they will change theirhiring system or re-train for customer service. These girls are just terrible!!! Read more
Waited to prepare my mobile order until I arrived, and it wasn't busy either. How is that useful? Then they hid my bagel... behind the counter and didn't call my name, nor give it to me when I asked for my mobile order, so it was cold by the time I gotit. The muffin was also stale. Read more
?Grilled cheese? Notoriously poor service. The staff are always rushing you and obviously rushing the food orders, this was a... grilled cheese my wife ordered, it was two pieces of bread with processed cheese in the middle. Staff are never friendly theyjust want you in and out as fast as possible. Tim Horton?s wonders why their restaurants are a dumpster fire, it?s prettyobvious to me. Read more
