The only good thing to say about their coffee is that if you are backed up, it will help you to flow free. Doughnuts are stale &... dry. Maybe they are good when you're drunk or stoned. There are so many better real doughnut shops around if you're willing tospend a bit of money. They haven't been Canadian for a long time. I?ve been constantly giving this location the benefit of the doubt since they?ve opened. No more. I have NEVER had a single... order where I am satisfied/received right order. Dry bagels, burnt bagels, no cream and sugar in coffees, ice caps not mixed.The other day ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese and there wasn?t enough cream cheese for even a quarter of thebagel.. went in to ask for more and they wanted to charge.. they all huddled together and spoke about us and stared at us as ifwe were just trying to pull a fast one. Second drive thru has NEVER been opened from what I?ve witnessed. To save drive thrutimes they make you sit and wait at the order box while they prepare your order (they say to check for products or usually justsay hold on while you wait a minute- 3 minutes) I know this as I used to work at Tim?s I know how this goes. I was tossed astraw and sugar when I asked for one and extra sugar packets in the drive thru. Before I can even put my drink in my cup holderthey are yelling NEXT to try and get me to move along.. they have done this when there wasn?t even anyone behind me. Walked in, 6 staff, all standing around talking with each other or their boyfriend. Floors covered in garbage/dirt, garbage... cans overflowing. I stood at till for awhile until one wandered over and just said "yeah?" Ordered 3 things. Gave me 2,forgot about the other. After asking about it (steeped tea) they said I'd have to wait 3-5 minutes. Been 10 minutes now....worst location I've ever been in. Read more

I am gonna have to say that I am a pretty reasonable person, I understand that people have bad days, equipment issues?etc. but... this place is the worst drive thru experiences that I have ever encountered. I have been going here for 4 years (becuase it?s bymy work). And it has never improved. The staff is rude. When your ordering drive thru they ask what you want, you tell them,they respond with let me check, for every single item. Then you sit there for like 30sec In silence. So me thinking ok they havea supply issues or staffing issue (that?s fine) but when I get to the window there is no one in the store and 5 staff behind thecounter chit chatting. I just spent 5 min in the drive thru with only 2 people ahead of me. Becuase for some reason the otherlane is always closed. Get my order double toasted begal with HG and a large vanilla cold brew. Begal is cold and my cold brewis disgusting and looks like this. I am done with this place never again. Owner needs to do something, and management needs tofire everyone and hire staff that is capable of multitasking. Pathetic. Read more

Tim Horton's, while known for hiring shining examples of idiocy to man their stores, should be drawn and quartered for the... useless tools they have behind the counter at this location. They consistently get our basic order wrong, they never puttoppings on ice caps (even though we specifically ask for it), they take forever to get your order to you as they givedrive-thru priority and leave you standing for 10 minutes or more when it is NOT busy. They are also the proud creators of"chili you can drink". Literally, I ordered one once, against my better judgment, because I had low blood sugar one day. Therewas one quarter of a kidney bean, a few little tiny bitlets of "meat" and one microscopic green thing that I assumed was once agreen pepper. At least I HOPE that's what it was. All swimming in a watery chili "sauce". Tim's blows chunks for service at thebest of times, but these nimrods should get an award for "Most useless employees of the year". Oh, and you have to ASK fornapkins or you won't get any, then they literally grab two of them only and almost throw them at you in a crumpled heap. Isuggest to everyone to call or send in a complaint to Tim Hortons Corporate as these pathetic individuals need to be replaced. Read more

This is by far and away the worst tim Hortons I?ve ever been too, they had dual drive through lines but the second one is never... in use, they get orders wrong, the people will take your order, then tell you to hold on, then take your order again 5 minuteslater, the staff is generally unfriendly. Ownership has hired incompetence through and through and it is the reason I?ve stoppedgoing to this particular location. If I find out they own other closer locations as well I?ll stop going to them too. Read more

I used to go every morning here until I couldn't handle them always messing up the order or not actually paying attention when I... give my order at the window. I order a tea and I almost always get a coffee instead. Just disappointed. Read more

Each time I go here I ask for a Tea they gave me a coffee and not only that but it's about a 10 minute wait minimum for it each... time and that's to get the wrong drinks. To have them correct it you add to that wait time. My cousin went twice this week andsame thing... asked for teas for us and received coffee.. I have been here quite a bit as i was super happy a new one had openedup that was extremely convenient for me.... but it takes twice as long to get the wrong order. I'll try again in a few monthsand see how its improved... Read more
