Came in to order take out, was met with frustration when asking why my order was charged the way it was for an Original with... Cheese burger with the patty subbed for an Impossible patty. Cashier who initially took my order and blew off my questions,also shoved my food at me through this little window by the register. Resulting in our burgers being squished and the friesbeing dumped out into the bottom of the bag. If you want to receive your food with a bad attitude, this is the place to go. Read more
Decent fast food with the most annoying upselling. No, I don't want to try your chicken burger. If I wanted a combo I'd ask. If... I wanted cheese I'd ask. If I wanted a bigger patty I'd ask. Triple O's are normally better than their White Spot restaurant siblings and this location is no exception. Ordered the Monty... Sunny with sausage and it was delicious. Order arrived quickly (we were dining in) and seating area was very clean. Definitelyrecommend this location! Read more
I went today for a tripleo?s Tuesday burger because I wanted a deal. They asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes. I was... disappointed when I drove away from the drive thru and opened my burger and took a bite and there wasn?t any cheese. I looked atmy receipt and I got charged for cheese. It?s kinda disappointing when you spend extra money on an addition and don?t even getwhat you payed for. It wasn?t worth driving back because I was so far. In the restaurant it?s a quick fix but once your order istaken and you drive home it?s too late. They should double check orders or put in quality over quantity of orders in my opinion.The deal I wanted wasn?t a deal no more. Read more
So, I got to this triple o?s quite a bit as I work in the area. Overall they have been O.. K with the quality of food, some... days are good and some are bad. But I had to mention for last nights dinner, seems like my Cajun fries were only half filled. And also take note of the cheese on burgers, half of mine was on the wrapper when opening up the package. Sorry don?t have a picof that but I?m sure I can get one next time I order. The burgers with are very hit n miss, some days it?s picture perfectwhile other days it looks like it?s been through the wash cycle. I really wish this place was more consistent with the qualityof food, as I, and most of my co-workers frequent this place quite a bit. Read more
We got two french fries, beef and chicken burger which came with two drinks. The price, a whooping $31 and change!! My fault,... didn't pay attention to the price as I thought it was relative to other fast food restaurants like McDonald's. Not worthit. Also, the bench is very uncomfortable on your back. Somehow, I've lived around Triple O's various locations for 20 years and I've never managed to try their Chipotle Burger. This... disappoints me greatly as it's one of the best (Top 3 or 4) burgers I've ever had, and that's a lot of different burgers. Iwill definitely be returning as I feel you do not truly experience something until you've tried it twice. Read more
Breakfast sandwich with sausage was so greasy that it soak the wrapper, through the entire bottom of bag, and onto my pants... before work/meetings. Breakfast and burgers have been mediocre up to this failure. Other locations are better. Read more
