I have placed a million delivery orders through DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats and this place has never gotten it right, EVER!!!... Items are always missing. It's so frustrating. The service at this place is ridiculous. after driving miles out to come buy something to eat, I was served this and I never... noticed it until I got home. I decided to take it back to them to express my sadness and the distance I covered just to getthere and back, and all I got was a rude manager who never apologized and looked at me like I was the crazy one. This place has a good location and the food was well prepared. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end. We used the... kiosks, which seem to be the preferred method. It didn't give us a proper receipt, so we didn't know our number. We were givenCoke Zero instead of Diet Coke and the person at the counter seemed very annoyed when I questioned it. We also had troublegetting any condiments, even though we asked for them in our order. Don't use the kiosks. They don't have all options available(not all drinks are listed). If you sit down and take a number, they won't bring the food to your take. Lastly, napkins seem tobe a well guarded resource. Don't ask for them or you'll incur the annoyance of the employees. Placed on order online when I got to the drive thru I ordered a 6piece nugget to go along with my order. One I paid at the first... window I tried to let her know that my receipt did not match what I ordered online but she closed the window and got on herphone to ignore me. they had only the drinks on my receipt as my order when I had got two meals. The second window gave me myorder after letting them know but it was still wrong. I ordered a steak bagel with no egg and they gave me a bagel with egg andno steak. Am regular customer at McDonald?s Am learning how to use the app.I like using it I got most of it. But I had a terrible... experience at the McDonald?s on 7911 new Hamphire ave in Tacoma park md. I orders coffee to pick it up in store. And the younglady was very rude because I was supposed to scan my phone at a plate on the counter. But I didn?t know how to do it. Andlady kept saying. Scan it !!! Scan it !!! Am like where ?? And she was mad and mumbling. With a really bad attitude. I toldher. She should be more courteous and try to explain to customers at least. She responded ( if you don?t know how to useit). Why you use that and she was raising her voice and wouldn?t quite down. Made me feel terrible It got me very upset andasked for the manager. Ordered my food on my phone and they brought it out to me in under 5 minutes and it was good and hot. The restroom was clean and... overall environment is clean.
