They all could use retraining on customer service, if they ever received any. I?ve never seen it busy in there however the... drive thru is at least a 20 minute wait and they always seem to have 5+ employees running around like they're swamped. I had an unpleasant experience today with the Manger Jaylen. First, I noticed how each employee had their outside coats on at... the windows dealing with customers food instead of the proper company coats. It's a bad look for Burger King and it makes youwonder about the dealings of the food with outside clothing in the kitchen. Second, the way Jaylen approached the window todeliver my order was distasteful. I ordered two frozen drinks "cherry" and she tried to serve me a completely different flavor.The first cashier did not mention they were out of cherry instead Jaylen thought it was a good idea to just give me what shewanted me to have. When I tried to address the mixup she was very rude and showed a poor attitude to her staff. I ended upasking for a full refund. Her employee watched her displayed her poor customer skills and I hope she doesn't learn from Jaylen'sunacceptable ways. I will be reaching out to corporate as well to go more in depth regarding this experience to keep thismessage as short as possible. In the meantime, please train your management team better and Jaylen if you are the representativethat's reading this message - please do better. Your customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when we arespending our hard earned money at your store. Take care. We frequent this place a couple times a month but our last 2 experiences weren't good. 3 wks ago, we asked for no salt & got it... anyway. The cashier seemed new because we had to keep repeating ourselves. Manager had to help with code. My guy has high bloodpressure & I want to keep mine healthy. This is a treat for us. He had to go in to exchange fries. Today I was told we have tocome in which is crazy. The sign was too low so I coudn't read it. All places are busy so they can take the take fries to pkglot as fast food places normally do. What do the handicap do? I have a handicap sticker as we both have pain issues. Here's athought: allow customers to add salt if they choose. They just lost money to Wendy's. Read more

Double whopper ( both) were room temperature. So-so amount of veggies. Nothing like the pictures. Also , if you enjoy eating the... core of the lettuce , this is the spot to spend your money . 7 people walking around in circles in the store , like the movie"The walking Dead"..... The food isn't cooked with care much here. This is my second visit and first visit I sat in to eat and people around me were... complaining of wrong orders that I had to recheck my order. I was missing cheese on my sandwich. For my second visit today, thefries were horrible and whoever tended and cooked the fries station added too much salt onto the fries. To the person making thefries and everyone preparing the foods: Please consider how you prepare the foods and prepare foods how you would want your foodif you were out eating.
