Too ghetto for me. They read my online order incorrectly and fixed the wrong order . Instead of apologizing and fix their... mistake, they talk about you negatively under their breath. Too unprofessional. You cant get my money again! Read more

This is the second time in 3 weeks that the ice cream was barely frozen. It starts to run liquidity once it's in the container.... This time I inquired and was told a cooling mechanism was broken. Ok, things happen, but why then do the staff continue to wetthe scoops (in warm water) as they're mixing your ice cream. It only melts it more. I'm not sure I'll return. Looks like Bowiewill get my business for the near future. My ice cream would've been great had it not been a milkshake by the time I got to myparked car right out front. Read more
Never once in 2 years have they answered their phone.
1. What?s the point in having online order options, when you ALWAYS turn off the online orders lol. The main reason I was... trying to order is because I?m in quarantine.. so of course I can?t come inside. 2. People don?t like coming in the storebecause it literally always takes 45-60 mins to get ice cream. 3. The one time I did get to order online, the order was wronglol.
