Feel free to come if you like hair in your pizza because these workers don?t wear no nets to cover their hair and/or beards. It... sickened me that when I was eating pizza with my family, something told me to look at my pizza, and lo and behold I see hair andthat made me check the 2 other boxes for hair and I found more hair! I was very repulsed by it too because me and my family wereeating slices of pizza, but who would?ve thought that there would be hair in it? The manager there was also rude when webrought it back to show them and he decides to say we ate half of it, and that was straight nonsense because of course we ateit, but did we know there would be hair? No we didn?t. So that?s why we stopped eating it and my entire family was disgustedbecause they all believe the ate hair now. Then he decides to accuse my family by saying it?s our hair and that was highly rudebecause our hair type wasn?t the same as theirs and I wish I could just go on, but if you don?t want hair in your pizza thenmake sure you go to a place where they have nets covering their hair so your food won?t be contaminated. They stopped the 2 minutes timer before they came out with my order. I get that no business wants to give away products however... it's advertised and should be honored. I would like someone from management to reply to me as to why it's okay to lie to yourcustomers. Btw The girl came out and tried to give me someone else's order. I touched someone's else pizza, what if I am sick?I pray they remade that person order or else I don't claim responsibility for that. This is how my pizza arrived after almost an hour of waiting. It looks like the pizza in the Digiorno commercial. When I... showed it to the delivery driver he said, and I quote "Man, that does look bad! It's probably because everything was piled up ontop of it." We also had a small pizza and two orders of wings. He then proceeded to leave when I turned to set the pizza down.The box was actually stuck to the pizza. This supposed to be half pepperoni, half cheese. haven't ordered Domino's since thebeginning of the pandemic and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! Read more
A bad experience with the deliver we get a cold pizza that was over cooked a sandwich with out chicken and over cooked.. So I... decided to go to the store to speak to the manager and there was like 10 other people waiting for their orders. At the store Ifind poor customer service, workers didn't look like they knew what to do, one of the ladies was picking her nose andscratching her head and then preparing pizza so disgusting also arguing each other and when another costumer ask for his orderthey start arguing each other I wish domino's pizza can go and check the cameras and verify what really was happening tonight11/27/2021 around 7:45pm to 8:15pm. The service was professional and fast. I did not appreciate that the kids who took my order and typed on the keyboard went back... and made my pizza without gloves and without washing his hands. Proceeded to adjust his earbuds then went back to adding cheeseto my pizza. The guy next to him same thing, wiped his hands on the apron when he was done with making 2 pies and continuedtheir conversation until the next pie. Zero hand washing or glove wearing but they had masks on, so I guess I am lucky? Thepizzas was for my 6 nephews ages between 3 years and 14 years. I didn't taste it but I hope they don't get sick of Shigella. Read more
Horrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could! The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether... or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesybread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn?t even separate the food from it. (In the photos,I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungrytoddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was stillwilling to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It?s insane that they screwed up, but in orderto fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take mybusiness elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actuallyfeel valued as a customer. Read more
