The line stretched into the highway and we waiting in line for 3min. Placed an order for 2 hazelnut iced coffee one with almond... milk. When we got them the almond milk drink had a note of 3 shots of sugar(we didn't ask for) and asked that it be fixed. Thelady at the window was obviously new and should've been assigned something with less detail until she learns the ropes. Iwatched her ask another employee something concerning the check and by the look on her face she was getting blown off. She gavea the drink with more almond milk but it was still awful. I don't do Dunkin ever. When I come down this area, that's all there is. This is the only one I come to. Strange right? This... spot is very welcoming and on the ball taking care of that drive thru. I usually walk in because it's empty. Anywho. Love thisspot. Read more
My order was incomplete. I ordered a large Charlie Cold Foam and received a large iced coffee no cold foam. When I asked where... was the foam the topping was added and given to me with still no drizzle or sprinkles. I guess some locations are better thanothers and know how to make the drink as it should have been. Read more

I was okay with not getting a good morning returned to me each time I greeted the employees, but to mess up multiple times with... my order was a bit frustrating and disappointing. I swiped my loyalty ID to get the $3 cold brew and was told ?No? and that ?theregular price for cold brew is $3.59?? regardless of the special ran and the cheaper price I showed via my app. Not only did Iend up not saving $2+ but I got shorted on my change due and requested the remaining amount (still was incorrect), didn?treceive a straw (went back for it and actually got a goodbye greeting after my 3rd/last request for something), and my mediumcold brew didn?t even have the standard 3 shots/swirls of flavor added when requesting a medium (I received 1 each but didn?trealize this until reaching home and tasting my drink and reading the label on the cup). ????
