Had the rice and peas with oxtail, plantain and the jerk chicken. The Oxtail is burnt and tastes bitter, it shouldn?t have been... sold in the first place. Can?t even taste the jerk chicken cos I am scared I might be disappointed. The front desk lady is sofriendly and professional. Read more

We have dined here and enjoyed our food divinely. Always buy 5-7 dinners to last my wife and I as we savor the JAMAICAN flavors.
Was here with my sister. I got the oxtail and she got the goat. She loved the oxtail and peas and rice. I actually didn't like... anything but the goat. The oxtails were a little sweet - too sweet for my taste - and a little chewy... they should have cookeda little longer. The cabbage is mixed with mixed vegetables. So with that said, all you taste is green Peas. Yuck. They can keepthe mixed vegetables! It's unfortunate that I went back and just got white rice and goat meat. White rice tastes creamy, likethere's coconut milk, instead of water. Goat meat is tender and delicious! Read more
just stopped to get dinner. I got curry chicken and was ready to and eat some good food. I took a bit of rice and it was mushy... and not much flavor, veggies and curry we just ok. My first time there but can't get past the rice. Read more
I went to lunch with a co-worker and was disappointed to see that it was no longer called "Muffin Man". As it turns out, I was... even more disappointed with my food. The rice was dry and under cooked. The curry shrimp was sloppy, because the server filledthe container with too much sauce and made a mess in the bag. I don't think I will be returning Irie! The food was delicious and service was really quick. I chose pickup and my food was ready in about 15 minutes.
Food quality was pretty good and the service was warm, but the high prices made it hard to rate this restaurant highly.
