Stopped in at the Popeyes on Annapolis rd..... Chicken was good and hot...mash potatoes and mac cheese was good as well .,..the... only issue i have , is it would be nice to have a drive-through window. It seems to be getting a little nutty out here, withpeople acting a fool. I think atleast Being in my car gives me a chance to get away. One lady in line got irate, when a younggirl walked up to one of the ( non-working ) Popeyes associates to ask a question. For her to be an older African American andangry.. talking about "get in line behind everyone else"!! And talking about," i got something worse than pepperspray"...really was unnecessary and uncalled for...... I wish they had a drive-through..... Read more
Disgusting establishment. They don?t clean as much as they should for on top of terrible customer service. So I avoid going in... person and try ordering but literally everytime they forget to give sauce to people who ordered online. Also often confusesspicy with mild chicken. Please don?t go here for your sanity. Read more
I ordered on the app ~10-15min prior to walking in and when i came in, the cashier was a little rude and ignoring me. When I... finally did get her attention (by standing in front of the register for several min after waiting in line), I said I wanted tocheck if a mobile order was ready, to which she immediately said "no, its not ready yet" without even looking at anything orasking for any of my information. 5 min later a much more helpful employee assisted me and grabbed it off the shelf where it hadbeen sitting the entire time. Won't be back. Also - got the fabled chicken sandwich for the first time (normally go spicybone-in chicken) - it wasn't even that good y'all! Stopped in at the Popeyes in Greenbelt, md. What a mistake !! Please , please check your boxes and bags out , before leaving... the drive-thru !!! I had a coupon for the" 2can dine"....i ordered the 5 chicken tenders......and that's exactly what i found ,when i got home. 5 ..the size of a half-a-dollar coin..of chicken tenders !!! I could not believe it !! Apparently they're notteaching these teenagers what the food should look like....or have a "checker" to check the orders, to make sure they're correct!
