the soup was spoiled I don't know how they serve something like that in a supposedly prestigious restaurant like that. Talk to... the manager to tell him not to serve something like that because someone could get sick. and he just said ok i will fix theproblem. Not even 25% gave us anything. The service was the worse I ever experienced. It took 35 minutes to get bread. And to take our order. The server did say it was... only 2 of them there. And she also was the bartender. I was pleasantly surprised at how good my rock lobster tail was. We had a party of 6 and our server Darren was on top of things... and did a very good job. It was a good experience and everyone enjoyed their dinner. Read more
I went to this place on June 23rd 2022. It is in a great location. Everything else is horrible. We got there in time before they... were closing, the management seemed more huffed about our visit than the staff. We dined in the coleslaw tasted horrible andold. I and another person gave back the slow, the waitress apologetic. Everything else was fairly well except for the mouse thatcreeped from under my feet and went to another table. Looking at some of the dishes I have to wonder if it is the dish or if itis mouse dropping. After the waitress realized I saw the mouse she was apologetic again and said that they were supposed to begetting an exterminator. With this being a restaurant they should have had an exterminator there before serving food and howlong have they been using the very polite excuses and still serving food. Had I seen the mouse at the beginning I would not haveordered any food. I will not be returning. Service: - Personally I adored our server, she was supper sweet and checked in on us many times. - I read all these comments... about poor service , but can we please give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to staff? Food: - Biscuits weredelicious as always. - I had a side Caesar salad and the lettuce was wilted, I still enjoyed it but it was not fresh lettuce forsure. - We came on a Wednesday and got the Sirloin and Lobster tail meal for $20.99 what a steal! - Steak was tender and juicy,it was perfect! - Lobster was heavenly. - Sides we're all amazing, fries were nice and crispy. I personally don't care for red lobster but since my friend wanted to eat there I said OK. The display of the food was not... perfect and the quality of the food is overpriced. The staff was very playful not professional and vulgar language. 2 of thewaitresses didn't even know if they had happy hour or not. One of the hostess dropped the utensils wrapped in a napkin on thefloor and put it up and put it back onto the tray/menus in which they were carrying.
