This is Wendy is terrible. You walk in no one acknowledge that you are standing there it's almost like waiting to be seated in a... restaurant which is unacceptable this is a fast food place and the customer service is terrible The manager is terrible andemployees is terrible they're young people their Africans which has nothing to do with race, it how you do your job andcorporate and health inspector will be called for that particular location in lanham off of Annapolis road MD. I used to workfor Wendy's when they first started their business I'm a older lady and gets no respect no customer service at that location itneeds to be shut down or either find a better managers that can handle their employees. I ordered nothing but two junior bacon cheeseburgers. You had one job. My burgers had no bacon. And of course I'm not going to... drive back to Wendy's to complain. So I eat my two small junior cheeseburgers without said bacon and leave a snarky reviews. Read more
I ended up cancelling my order. The persons at the drive thru were very disrespectful. That was the third and last time I go to... this Wendy's. Unfortunately I think they are biased as to whom they want sell food to. It's very sad. I'm taking my money ????somewhere else. Read more
Every single Wendy's that I've been to has terrible terrible terrible service. It seems like they hire kids who don't know or... care about service or professionalism. I'm a very easy and understandable customer, but even when I'm extremely nice to them,they could care less. Still have yet to experience a good location. Read more
The young people working at this location have no manners They don't say hello, thank you the drive through person didn't even... ask how can I help you she or he stated yeah. I don't who trained these young people they didn't do a good job. I will not begoing back to this location. Read more
Always extremely slow, the dinning area is never open. Drive thru line is ALWAYS long, EXTREMELY poor customer service, no... professionalism at all. They need to do better, I would not recommend. Read more
This is a clean Wendy's in a very convenient location. I went to see the trains and Seabrook station and stopped here for lunch.... It is a good Wendy's with good customer service and I love to get burgers from here. The restaurant was a bit empty when I wentthere but I'm sure they improved by now. Read more
Absolutely terrible. I walked in, there was a line of 3 ppl. I waited for like 2 mins and a person in front of me left because... no one was taking care of the line. I waited for another 3 minutes. No one took care of the person in front of me. There werelike 4-5 workers behind the counter leisurely walking back and forth without the sense of urgency. I just left for McDs Read more
