Tried fish fry for first time. Got carryout; 1 baked and 1 beer batter. 3 large pieces beer batter, plus moist potato pancakes... and good coleslaw. Baked was actually grilled ... spiced and with onions. Delicious. Also good German potato salad. Reasonableprices, too. Read more
The Friday fish fry here is outstanding. I always pick the beer battered cod. Tough choice between the potato pancakes with... their crispy edges, and the warm German potato salad that tastes just like my grandma's. Both are excellent choices. Roundthings out with a brandy old fashioned, and it makes the perfect Friday night out after a long week. Read more
