Started out with wrong drinks, missing drinks and never ordered drinks and went downhill from there. Food was dry and... oversalted. Sadly, this location was a huge disappointment for a family dinner selection. I have been to this Applebees manymany many times over the last 15 yrs but this visit was the last visit. We've never been big fans of Applebee's, but we were in the area, so we thought we would give them a try again. Place was pretty... empty for 5:00pm on a Sunday, but maybe that's normal. Service was pretty good and food was okay, until we were finished andstarted waiting to wrap things up. The group next to us got fed up, and started to leave, as our waiter became MIA. He showed upwhen he saw them heading for the door. Our wait got longer and longer until I finally got up to approach SEVEN employees,including our waiter, hanging out at the front, all on their phones! No manager ever swung by to see how we were doing either.Sorry, but our time is valuable. I'm sure this is part due to the diluted pool of available help these days ;( Read more
I used to love their Thai shrimp salad, and they have discontinued it!! ?????? Ordered their Caesar chicken salad for lunch... today. It was very good. Bread stick included. Service was good. Read more

My sister in law & I ordered the seared salmon. When it came out it did not look anything like the picture on the menu. It was... so flat and dried out with lots of seasoning. I have never had such a flat piece of salmon. The onion rings & chicken tendersmy husband had were so heavily dredged in flakes it was too crunchy and you could hardly taste the food. Stopped in here with family for late night dinner on vacation. This was definitely NOT a good example of Applebee's reputation... and food quality. The cheesy broccoli was hard as a rock, and had a "few" pieces of sprinkle cheese on it. They did offer tocook it longer. My steak was horrible. I asked for med rare and it came out so burnt, no flavor and tasted horrible. Again thatwas to be remade. After waiting for them to birth and cook the cow (20min) my family was done eating. I did not want to sitthere and eat a steak by iteself and alone having them wait for me. They did take my meal off the check. The only reason I amgiving a 1 star is due to the waitress Amanda. Abysmal. I've never had a good experience in any Applebee's, but against my better judgement gave it another try. It's hard to... say if the food was any good since my meal wasn't served until after everyone else at my table was done eating. I chose to notaccept the food rather than eat alone. Service was terrible, with the server not returning to our table for a solid 20minutes. I understand the challenges of operating a restaurant in today's world, but eating out is far too expensive totolerate bad food and awful service. Applebee's is a terrible restaurant; spend your money elsewhere and eat local. Read more
