Got yelled at ( literally) by the manager for not giving a coupon number when ordering at drive thru because coupon said to show... cashier. Um- no. People don?t yell at customers. I drove right past the drive thru without paying and left without my food. Not getting a dime from me. Not like they care but just know this establishment is severely lacking in customer service. One of the fast-food chains I've experienced over the years. I always order myself a original crispy chicken sandwhich with... medium fries and a large soda. It's one of their best meals on the menu. Although it's sometimes hard to find a parking whenBurger King is busy, I don't mind. The lady on the drive-thru sometimes messes up my order and I don't get what I wanted. Forbreakfast, the Pancakes are soggy and I'm not a big fan of Burger King's breakfast menu. Sometimes the cashier tries to make mepay more than usual and I don't really like that. When I order a whopper WITHOUT cheese, it always comes with cheese when Idouble-check my burger. Their computers that they have are full of bacteria, soggy mouse and keyboard, and the computers arereally old. It's actually disgusting when I see someone eating a Burger King meal along by typing and moving the mouse on thecomputer. Wi-fi is strong and good. Their kid meals are full of delight and joy. I only come here on election days (primary and general)... i dont understand why for years they are NEVER opened in the evening... for indoor dining. It would appear they are understaffed, which translates into slower customer service. Read more
