Really bad owner. He owns this one and north welsh one. Specially never go there when he is making pizza cheap as hell. I ordered twice from this place and both times now I have gotten sick. The first time I ordered medium pizza and stuffed cheese.... The cheesey bread was so burnt I could not eat it. The chicken on the pizza was so burnt even picking time off was not gonnasave it. The last pizza looked ok but soon after eating I ended up with a stomach ache and fever. Figured maybe it was a fluke. Ordered again tonight and I have a 101.7 fever and can't stop going to the bathroom. I'm not ordering from here again. Read more

I rarely leave reviews, and have never left such a bad review. One star is too many. About a week ago, I placed an order to be... delivered. I was caring for my two granddaughters and that was what they requested. It never arrived. My 8 year-oldgranddaughter and I were checking the front step constantly. No delivery. I finally called and was told the order was not inthe store. I asked if that meant it would be delivered and the response was (rudely) "I don't know, I am not a deliveryperson". Really???? The next day I called the "manager". (I am told he is the owner). He said his records show it wasdelivered. I assured him that it was not and that I was cooking pasta for the children after 9 because our order had notarrived. He did not apologize for our not having received the food, seemed totally uninterested. I said I wanted a refund tomy credit card. He said it would take 48 to 72 hours. I stopped in after a few days; he was not there and no one could helpme (though they called him while I waited). Over a week now and still no credit. Anyone can make a mistake. Possibly theydelivered to the wrong address. However the customer service was SO lacking and I've still not received my refund, I'll neveruse that location again. Read more
Got meat in place of Banana peppers. Had to drive back for replacement. No apologies from store for the mess up but when I asked... the response was ?we were busy so messed up?. Please don?t expect customers to drive back to fix your issues rather deliver orcompensate for the trouble caused. Thanks! Read more
