The Plumsteasville Dunkin Donuts is a nice store with decent customer service. The 1 thing I can say about them is that the... owners (or managers, not sure which) are attentive and jump in to keep lines moving and orders filled. I would've given them 5stars but their selection of donuts and muffins are always slim. How can you run out of blueberry muffins or Boston Cream? Inspite of that, I do recommend them. Read more
This location is inside the AMERA (formerly BP) gas station on the corner of Business RT202 and County Line Road. I'd recommend... stopping in as the staff are very efficient in getting your order out quickly and accurately. When ordering in person, thestaff typically verify your order and have so far had a very genuine attitude to them that I really appreciate where they takethe time to greet you and ensure things are correct. I have used this Dunkin a few times and I am a Dunkin addicted individual. This Dunkin is located inside a gas station. I do... prefer drive thru but the people working here are very friendly and they get your order correct. Alot of Dunkin seem to overheatthe wraps and they are hard. I think the staff is is very friendly. I have no idea what the previous reviews are talking about. They probably went in during... peak times and are confusing busy/rushing with unfriendly. The coffee is fresh and hot. I, personally, don't eat donuts, but mykids never complain. Also, every single Dunkin Donuts has pre-made, frozen, sandwiches that they heat up on order. That's whatthey do. If you expect them to crack an egg for you and flip it on a grill, go to a diner pay more and wait longer. Oh, butdon't get gas here... way over priced. This is often on my route for my job, and I come in for my drink, iced oat milk matcha latte with 5 hazelnut and less ice. And... I've recently found that some DD, they skimp on the hazelnut. Not here. This DD actually gave me a decent amount of hazelnut.They mixed the matcha well, too, which is NOT common! They're really friendly, and it has a nice-sized parking lot. I love thisDD.
