Typically I never write a negative review regarding a company - I would rather discuss any complaint that I have with the... manager. Although I tried to do that today I was very offended by the attitude and the manner in which I was spoken to that hasled me to leave a rather negative review here. I went through the drive thru today at 11:55 to order a lunch sandwich. I orderthe Ham and Swiss and told the girl that I wanted the "lunch Sandwich". It is on the menu described as having lettuce,, tomato,onion and mustard. When I got home the only thing on the bagel was ham and Swiss. I was rather annoyed since I paid $11.54 forjust ham and cheese on a bagel. So I called the store to speak to the Manager. Apparently I was told that when I ordered mysandwich I should have told the girl all that I wanted on the sandwich - or that was all that I got. Let me ask youthis.....when I go to Burger King and order a Whopper - do I need to tell them that I want lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup andmayo or is that just understood since that is how the sandwich is described? The Manager there today was rude and arrogrant tosay the very least. I can't understand how they would have anyone with her attitude in that position of authority. She spokeover me and told me that I was dead wrong. No apology what so ever. I will never go to that store again for such poor serviceand eventually that is all going to catch up with the owners. Worst bacon, egg & cheese croissant I have every ordered and ate (took it home). Says cheese on my receipt, but there was no... cheese. Hardly any spinach. Slapped together. And overly priced. I was not impressed last time I went, but after today, I amnot going back. Lady at cash register was polite and restaurant clean, so hence the 2 stars. Read more
Two stars and I'm pushing it. The prices are above what you should pay the bagel sizes are variable in size. My order was not... correct see picture for receipt and what I got (wrong amount and variety). I mean I'm not ordering a wild special order here..The only two bagels ordered right in the 7 I ordered were poppy, everything and chocolate chip... Gave this place a few chancesbut this was my last. I personally have not been to a decent Manhattan Bagel in awhile. I actually stopped going because they were always running out... of the good sandwiches or any variety at my local place. So if I'm ever in the area again this is definitely an option for meand my guests. The selection of bagels to choose from will spon your head. They even have "gluten free" bagels so one of my kidssignificant other now has options here. If you choose to live that lifestyle great but they don't have to imagine they don'thave a choice. This is definitely a God send for them! Not sure how long they'd had it on the menu but it now gives us a newplace to hang out with family and friends without punishing them because most everyone doesn't have their limitations. Glad theyhave added that to the menu. On a side note thank God I personally can eat just about anything on the menu. I'm willing to trysome of those different kinds of bagels, some more 'exotic' then others. ???? I took a brave step this morning to try thegarlic bagel. The people close to me suffered until I grabbed a ton of mints. ???? Definitely a ???????????????????????? bagel!Shame I did have the coupon/promo I meant to use, definitely would have loved to take advantage of that and take home a fewbagels. I love everything from Manhattan Bagel. I recommend the Nova Lox on a toasted bagel. It has Salmon, onion, cream cheese and... capers but you can omit that if prefer ( I?m probably missing something ). Absolutely delicious. Location is easy to find sinceit sits on the corner. Drive through line is short so it doesn?t hold a lot of traffic in the busy shopping center. Price vsfood is worth it. Staff is very friendly but they are slow at the drive through window but that?s due to making deliciousorders. There is a dining room which is laid out nicely and clean. Read more
Catering by Manhattan is great! I can always rely on them to get our orders on time and everything looks beautiful on the table.... Not to mention everything is fresh. The staff is friendly and I recommend them if you?re thinking about having an event cateredfor breakfast or lunch. Read more
I used DoorDash to order a 1/2&1/2 iced tea lemonade and bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was wonderful however my iced tea... tasted as if it was almost all lemonade. Worse of all there were large black flakes floating around at the bottom... theylooked like coffee grounds and not tea leaves. Either way I was disappointed they did not make my drink with more care. I ordered a half dozen bagels and a tub of whipped Strawberry cream cheese (6oz) from Manhattan Bagel in Lansdale. And? this was... my first ever Uber Eats order! I was up early and placed the order at 7:00am. Order was delivered at 7:40am! Bagels werefresh, soft, and delicious. Great way to start the day! Today I went inside the shop for coffee. It was spacious with lots ofseating and very clean. I ordered coffee from the kiosk, paid, got a cup, then self served from the coffee station. The coffeewas very good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant comfortable. Today I had the egg white, turkey bacon, cheese on bagelthin. It was very good. Read more
