Ordered a Detroit style pizza after hearing good reviews but sadly I do not understand why. My pizza arrived cold, undercooked,... and the sauce was just thrown on top of the pizza. I try to be understanding, I work at a pizza place as a side job myself. But when I call and tell you that my food that I... ordered 2 hours ago isn't here, I have literally had to deal with these calls myself and you do not argue that you left it thereand hang up on the customer. Even if it is contactless, it is your job as a delivery driver to make sure the customer actuallygets the food. I ordered online and when I arrived at the time it was supposed to be done, the door was locked. I looked in the window and... didn't see anyone. I told my husband and he didn't believe me so he got out to check too. Looked in, didn't see anything. Then I knocked a few times and someone came and opened the door. He barely spoke anything to us as we came in and then I said Iwas picking up. The order hadn't been started yet. No problem. I am easy going person and don't get worked up over somethinglike this and waiting. When the order is complete, the employee hardly speaks again - weird but ok, not a verbal fellow. Thefood was fine and cooked to satisfaction. Then today when my card clears the purchase from pending to paid - there is $3 addedto it. So I don't know if this is Pizza Hut's practice to bilk with extra charges or if that employee added $3 as a "tip" forhimself. I wouldn't even have written this review had the service been ok but in the grand scheme of things - it sucked. Asthe customer I made more efforts to be friendly and accomodating to THEIR employee.
