Ordered a Detroit style pizza after hearing good reviews but sadly I do not understand why. My pizza arrived cold, undercooked,... and the sauce was just thrown on top of the pizza. I try to be understanding, I work at a pizza place as a side job myself. But when I call and tell you that my food that I... ordered 2 hours ago isn't here, I have literally had to deal with these calls myself and you do not argue that you left it thereand hang up on the customer. Even if it is contactless, it is your job as a delivery driver to make sure the customer actuallygets the food. I ordered online and when I arrived at the time it was supposed to be done, the door was locked. I looked in the window and... didn't see anyone. I told my husband and he didn't believe me so he got out to check too. Looked in, didn't see anything. Then I knocked a few times and someone came and opened the door. He barely spoke anything to us as we came in and then I said Iwas picking up. The order hadn't been started yet. No problem. I am easy going person and don't get worked up over somethinglike this and waiting. When the order is complete, the employee hardly speaks again - weird but ok, not a verbal fellow. Thefood was fine and cooked to satisfaction. Then today when my card clears the purchase from pending to paid - there is $3 addedto it. So I don't know if this is Pizza Hut's practice to bilk with extra charges or if that employee added $3 as a "tip" forhimself. I wouldn't even have written this review had the service been ok but in the grand scheme of things - it sucked. Asthe customer I made more efforts to be friendly and accomodating to THEIR employee. This particular restaurant is unfortunately the closest restaurant to where I live. All other Pizza Huts where I live have... closed up. Why? My initial order I got came out so burned I was unable to eat my pizza or bread sticks. The Manager of the storewas very sympathic and caring enough to remake my entire order. Unfortunately the second order came out yet again burned. Whydoesn't anyone check the orders before they seal the boxes for giving out to the customer. Are the ovens even at the righttemperature? This experience was so bad I probably won't be eating Pizza Hut for a long while. Horrible experience. Read more
Man.... What a bad experience. Ordered pickup at 7PM online, said it would be ready at 7:30PM. I arrived at 7:30 to be told... that they were way behind on orders and I should come back in 15 minutes. I did so and was told that they were still waybehind. At 8:20, I was finally given my order. The lobby was packed with people waiting and no explanation was given to theproblem. Zero crowd control or enforcing social distancing. Two people had been waiting for their order for over an hour - twopizzas, nothing fancy. No apologies to anyone, nothing. Half of the employees had their COVID masks on below their noses aswell, which really drove home the "Not caring at all" attitude here. Once I got my order home - one of my pizzas was burnt andonly half cut, and I was missing an order of bread sticks. I'll likely never order from here again, and recommend that you avoidit too. Quick delivery, but the pizza was incredibly soggy (swimming in grease). Not PizzaHut-like pizza. I through it in my oven for a... few minutes and that helped. The pre-made pan pizzas in the Target in Montgomeryville are so much better. Read more
