Used to go here often but after one food poisoning I can't do it anymore. Chicken sandwich wrecked my stomach for the rest of... the day, whereas CFA are always fine. I actually like Popeyes sandwiches more but this location is a disgrace. The servicestaff can also be rude. I asked if we could have some Cajun spice packs and they said they don't have. I said no you havethem, every Popeyes does let me look it up. They said "No its Cajun sparkle. Not Cajun spice." So if you knew what I wastalking about why the need to lie and act patronizing? I asked several times for mild fingers. Originally I wanted a breast and wing both mild but was told they didn?t have any. Then... I asked for the popcorn shrimp and 2 fingers meal and was told they didn?t have any popcorn shrimp either but would substitutehush puppy shrimp instead. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to say something. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I... placed an order and knowing that it takes them forever to prepare food I waited 20min before arriving to pick up my order. I wasthen told that I need to wait an additional 20 min. When I objected the person told me that I could just get my money back if Idid not want the order. I kindly explained that you guys understand that you sell chicken and that having a customer thatordered on line wait 20min in a FAST FOOD order was not acceptable. As much as I love eating fried chicken, the service there is not very friendly. I was originally going to give this a one star... rating, but I gave it two. I was there Friday and had friendly service for like the second or third time, and I usually gothere often. Friendly service is definitely not one of their strong suits. She must be a new employee, and did well at thecashier. My biggest gripe about Popeye's is that they charge for sauce. Chick Fil A is willing to give you as much sauce, andhere at Popeye's they want to charge 50 cents for each sauce. I would go to Popeye's before going to CFA or Royal Farms. This is not about the food but about the customer service. I made a call to see if the dining room was open. The response was... "Yeah, we open" and when we got there the dining room was closed. This meant a 20 minute meltdown from the kid because she is 6and doesn't understand why we say one thing and then it's not true. I don't understand why at this point dining rooms are stillclosed unless it's an understaffing thing. Which, fine, I get that. But at least listen to customers when they call and answertheir questions correctly. We will be going to a different Popeyes from now on. Why is it posted on Google you have dine-in? Read more
My first time at a Popeyes ever. I got the 3 pc tenders and fries. Food was excellent; perfect and hot and the fried chicken was... great. I also loved the idea that my combo came in a little box. The food was good, but this location needs some help. It?sSaturday afternoon and there were long lines for the drive through and inside (we went inside). The floor and area around thesoda fountain were dirty and they seemed understaffed for the amount of people there.
