Typical Primos experience. Fresh cut meats and the best bread around. The Diablo Italian was a scorcher and was paired... perfectly with the Primos Italian Hoagie chips (????????????) First time at this location, but will be back for certain. Read more

I ordered over $100 in hoagies and every one of the hoagie had two slices of meat on them the rolls were hard and extremely dry.... Then I call to complain and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and nobody ever came back on the phone.. Very disrespectful andunprofessional. unfortunately i?d give 0 stars if i could. first of all, while my partner and i were waiting for our sandwiches we saw a... cockroach walk by. then when we got home to eat our sandwiches i took two bites and realized that it tastes off. the broccolirabe was absolutely rancid. it smelled and tasted spoiled. disgusting. now my stomach hurts and i?m hoping it doesn?t make mesick. just avoid this location completely. This is not the best Primo but it was the only one available via door dash and I wanted to give them another try because I... really wanted a great Italian hoagie. Well it has been confirmed that I will never order from this specific Primos again. Weordered two Italian hoagies the meat was cut way too thick then made the bread soggy and it just all tasted disgusting, old notfresh, meat was extra wet and soggy. it did not taste like an Italian hoagie. I?m sorry to say that I tried a few times since Ilive in Lansdale but I am going to have to vouch for the one in Chalfont which is much tastier, fresher and better bread. Iregret paying about $30 for 2 hoagies that we ended up trashing. Read more

Just ordered the Bada Bing (Cutlet, Broccoli Rabe, Cheese), added Pepper shooters and added long hots and specified for them on... the side. An extra $3-$4? Not only did I not get my long hots on the side, there is no Broccoli Rabe or pepper shooters anywhereon the sandwich. What a joke. I could understand forgetting the extra items but how could you not even make the originalsandwich to begin with. Read more

The way my aunt, who is a senior citizen, was treated today was shameful. The owner and staff were completely disrespectful and... unprofessional. They wrongfully accused my aunt of not paying for hoagie trays that she paid for in cash when she placed theorder. She was in the store for 90 minutes over this nonsense. After watching store surveillance footage it was proven that shepaid in cash. She paid in cash upon ordering to help a small business avoid a credit card fee and allow them to be paid upfrontfor the order. In return, she was laughed at and treated in a highly demeaning and disrespectful fashion. After all this, theyhad a hard time apologizing and the owner complained the entire time while reluctantly bringing the trays to her car, only aftershe had to ask for help. My aunt was highly upset about this all day and really our entire family was appalled by the event shedescribed upon her return home. This is not a way to run a business. Good luck with this approach to customer service. My auntis too kind of person to place a review like this. I did it for her because the general public has a right to know the moralsand ethics of the owner of this business. We live right around the corner from this location and unfortunately, we always receive incorrect orders. My wife is vegetarian... and has ordered cheese hoagies that have arrived with ham on them (the whole sandwich, not just a small piece) and I've ordereditems from their "premade" menu and gotten toppings that were not mentioned or ordered. On top of this, since this locationcloses earlier than others (6pm on the days we have ordered) we usually don't have a chance to have the mistakes corrected. Weusually order online via the Primo Hoagies website, so this isn't a case of being misheard or misunderstood. We love primohoagies in general but we likely won't be returning here as it's not worth the inflated prices to receive incorrect orders everytime we decide to give the location a chance. Read more
