Decided to try salad works tonight when we realized there was still one near us. By far the most disappointing take out we've... had in a long time. My salad had 3 pieces of "spring mix" and my sandwich had no meat on pieces of backwards facing bread. I nowunderstand why so many have gone out of business. Will not be returning. Read more
When I decided to get a salad on my lunch break, I was sooooo excited. Everything was fine until I asked for french dressing and... noticed a date on it? 5/25/2021 ??? May? It?s august!!! I think when you think of saladworks, you think of fresh, friendly and customizable salads. None of these things served true to... the lansdale location. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. There were two young ladies working the front. Neither seemed to behappy. I noticed the romaine to be wilted and brown. I continued to order. Following my wait, two other patrons entered. Bothinquired about the lettuce and both were told sternly ?it?s not in season. That?s how it comes?. One lady left and the otherordered and complained the whole time. Said she wouldn?t be back. I understand having bad or off days but I think managementshould really call a meeting with the staff. Figure out what?s going on because the service and food quality is just not there. Read more
Do not go to this location! Staff is always miserable and ingredients don't look fresh. The lettuce is brown and staff leaves... out ingredients. I've ordered salads here twice, 1st time they chose not to put the avocado in my southwest salad and 2nd theychose not to put egg in my caesar... both clearly show that they come with those ingredients. When I asked them to add it therewas no sorry, just acted like I was an inconvenience. Then after she made my whole salad told me there is no caesar dressing...for a caesar salad. Won't be back.
