Beautiful view! We went there during autumn and had an Indian summer view. Sadly we were only there for drinks, so I cannot say... much about the food. But from the looks of it everything looked really good Read more
Ambience is great, overlooking the water and surrounded by beautiful islands. During the day, the ambience is much better than... food as the lunch options are limited and not creative. interesting. Better to go on a picnic at a nice park if it's about theview. In the evenings, meals are much more interesting and well-done. Stick to supper time. Read more
I am saddened to drop my rating of a favorite location. Serving staff are excellent. Our meal was pricey but very tasty. We... definitely have a different opinion on what constitutes medium/well. I expected some pink in the steak. I would have to agreethis was far closer to well. OK for me not so for the others who wanted more pink. I dropped my rating for what I felt was adishonest approach to seating in the restaurant. On reserving we were told the veranda was based on availability, noreservations of veranda were possible. That is not how it worked out. Though on time and veranda tables were available we wereshunted to an inside table. Nice inside spot but did not like the treatment. I was upset since it is I who recommended thisplace to our group of six. The restaurant obviously has favorites. Fine. We will go somewhere else next time. I do notappreciate the dishonesty. Had a lovely brunch on the veranda, tasty and perfect views. Then returned for lunch, totally opposite experience. Hostess was... rude and obviously stressed. We get it, times are tough for the service sector but if you?re going to be ?the face? of therestaurant, you need to at least try to be pleasant or at the very least, polite. She was not. My sister, two daughters and I went to ?date night? and it was excellent! Our server, Hailey was so great! We had a bottle of... wine and the food was great and it was a super value. Once we finished the bottle one daughter ordered a glass of red wine andlater the second daughter ordered the same type of red wine and she did not receive it and it wasn?t till we were home that mydaughter who is a server put it together because they ask d how much it cost.
