Not sure what happened tonight i usually order shrimp in the basket and its usually 21 shrimp, tonight was 16 and barly... warm,The price was 695 i believed i was overcharged as the platter was 945 the order taker quoted me 14 with an order ofmozzarella sticks ,when the driver came it was 21 so i gave 25, im a longtime customer and am very dissatisfied, my family islaughing at me for ordering from you guys, sorry guys i probably wont be ordering again 25 dollars is to much for a bad meal Read more

So, today we ordered from the store and we had a bunch of things. But, there was this Italian accent man who took the order. I... didn't understand what he was saying, which made the ordering process hard. However, when the order came the first time, therewas no cheese in either of the hoagies. The delivery man had fantastic customer service. The second man came with the hoagies,which was longer than expected and he had an attitude (when delivering the order). Also, we had to pay for the hoagies thesecond time, when it should have been for free due to the mistake. We ordered here numerous times, but will not order again dueto the service the second time. Best quality food is ok but if you?re planning to apply to this job ? Don?t even bother applying at this place. They will use... you for free service and not pay you. They made me take orders, answer the phone and filled sauces in there fridge for the 2 daytraining. The manager is completely unprofessional and they don?t even pay you for training. Don?t apply at this job !!!! Behindthe counter is really not clean either. I?ve also witness roaches & mice near the food & under the cash register. The milkshakespoon isn?t washed at all too. So definitely don?t order those from there. I even offered to clean for them because that?sridiculous. 9/10 they don?t really want new workers they just want people to work for them for 2 days each while they keep theoriginal people because I haven?t seen new faces since. Called Best Quality to place an order. A young guy answered the phone and he must be new. I have been ordering for years and I... have never received terrible phone service. I typically go back and forth between Best Quality and Colonial Pizza. Well tonight,the order was placed with Colonial. The young guy was so nasty. I asked him a question about the Turkey meat because I wasn?tsure which pizza place had the real Turkey meat. He had no idea and actually got an attitude and placed me on hold. Afterholding for a few minutes, I hung up and called back. He didn?t say, ?Best Quality pick up or delivery,? instead he said,? was Ijust talking to you and you hung up!?
