There is an African American girl, who works mornings, they do not wear name tags. She has a problem with me for some reason, I... ordered for a medium coffee, she made me a small coffee. I said excuse me, I ordered a medium size coffee? It says it on thecup. So she made it over except she only dumped it inside of a larger cup. I did not like what she did, so I kindly went to thefront and asked for a refund, the lady said, ?no, no, no I make over for you?. She made it over. Except she did the same thingthe young lady did, she just poured it inside of another cup, and added extra caramel to it. At the time there was a policeofficer standing behind me. She made it as if I was the problem, when I simply just asked for a refund. So I stopped her whileshe was making my drink, and said ?Excuse me, can you just give me a refund? . She said in return ?Why did you want me to makeit then you could?ve just said that before I started making it, for now on you don?t come here anymore. I do not take ordersfrom you no more okay.? I just stood there in silence without saying anything. She then tried to give me money from the drawerwhen I did not pay with cash I paid with the app on my phone. I tried to explain to her that I did not pay with cash or card. Ipaid with the app on my phone, she then began to argue with me saying that I did not. I kindly pulled out my phone and showedher the receipt. Then she became more irritated. She gave me the money back but she was short $.50 I tried calling the store tocomplain to manager, no one answers the phone. I used to work at a Starbucks, and their customer service skills are veryhorrible, if a customer is not satisfied, it is your duty to make it that they are. The customers come first. I want to bring awareness if you have a young child don?t I repeat don?t let them work there the store manager will manipulate... them not to report nothing to corporate to cover her but when something happens such as the bullying my child recieved from afellow staff member Jessie whom is the manager was made aware of the situation on multiple times and done nothing of it when mydaughter family came cuz she was told she not making it out the parking lot alive my daughter was fired for being aggressive. The staff here are a delight! After going here regularly, one of the baristas had our usual coffees ready before we even... finished ordering. The quality is always consistently great, and is my go-to Dunkin in the area. Read more
It's a Dunkin donuts. Everything you expect from a Dunkin donuts is available here. There is outside seating. No drive thru. If... you are looking to buy non food items like Dunkin memorabilia, this may not be the store for you. Read more
A convenient Dunkin to grab some coffee and a donut. There is some decent seating on the inside with currently no outside... seating. It isn?t your usual Dunkin building but there is decent parking out front. The staff has always been friendly andpleasant. They have a small private conference room but I don?t think it?s in use. There are lots of new charges@! I took a coffee break but went back to treat myself. Not a good idea. I went in after the... posted opening time and there was nothing set up. Staff was scrambling to put things in place. Ordered small iced coffeecream, sugar and vanilla cream "shot." I was told by server new upcharges were in place. When it was said and done the icedcoffee (small) was more than 5$! Choose another location not all Dunkin locations have such ridiculous upcharges.
