Generally things go very well in that store and people are friendly the manager is a fun gal who works hard and it appears that... her staff really like working for her. They are also a little less expensive than some of the McDonald?s I patronize in thearea. The parking lot and restrooms are always clean and they keep the lines moving. One note I believe they close the diningroom at 7 PM during the week so then you?ll have to do drive-through after that if that?s OK they still do a fine job Ipatronize that store regularly. Just went through the drive thru & the girl gave me fries that where lukewarm. I asked can I please have hot fries. She decided... to take the ones I had put them back in grease like I wouldn't notice. You are in the business of customer service, if you don'twant to service the customer, then stay home. I asked nicely & you would not want someone to do that to you. This kids are lazy& just want a pay check without doing work. Read more
Awful. Waited in line at the drive through. Employees apparantly forgot our order. They were too busy playing around. I... complained to the manager he was not helpful and seemed to be overwhelmed. The entire night crew is terrible and needs to beretrained or replaced. The worst McDonalds I have EVER visited! Read more
Quarter pounder with cheese was fine. Chicken nuggets were flat and not tasty. The quality has taken a huge hit. Wondering if it... has anything to do with supply chain issues. They are no longer one of my favorites. Please return to the higher qualitynuggets, it would be worth paying more. Read more
While most of the food was good. Waiting twenty minutes on an egg McMuffin that was supposed to take five minutes, then seven... minutes is a bit much. Apparently they took all those minutes to make sure I got a nice burnt singe on it. Understand notwanting to make certain stuff but come on ppl. Read more
The food was tasty. I got the Spanish style meal. However, no ketchup and only one outlet that works, which forces you to sit in... a less convenient seat. The service was efficient and fast, which is great. The staff was relatively friendly, and they had acleaning person on site. Farther, their bathroom was clean, which was also good. If I happen to be in the area, I would probablyeat there again. I even gave $1.50 to someone who didn't have enough, and was told "bless you" by customers who heard me sneezelol Read more
I enjoy dining at this particular McDonald's. The location is always very very clean as far as what I observe as a customer and... the staff is always very helpful and professional. I'm glad the corporation decided to build this location because the otherMcDonald's aren't as updated and is a little ways away. When I'm inside ther store there's never a long wait. However drive thruis at times a little longer than the other drive thrus at different locations. But I still give this location a thumbs up andfive stars. Read more
Dont come here for walk-ins, this is the worst mckie ds i ever been in thats is if you can get past the locked door. Its 6:30PM... on a Friday not busy at all and the entrance on both doors are always locked. I go there 7AM just for some ice coffee, ONETHING, no morning rush, you know what i get instead, a locked door thats all i get, enough is enough this place needs to dobetter, im sorry. I was excited to see this place open up since I?m a local but I know not to come here cause what I end upgetting is a locked door. Read more
