Have lived in Lansing over 30 years and this place has sucked for at least the last 20. From finding hair in a burger to getting... the wrong or missing order. I don't even know why I tried it again. Tried to order on the app got there gave them promotionnumber after waiting at drive for almost15 mins they told me the system was down and they could not honor the promotion. Paid$8.75 for a whopper, never again, at least not in Lansing. Read more
Fair prices. Love any restaurants that have hi-c to drink. I really like the cheese burgers, but I love the chicken sandwiches.
Surprisingly not satisfied. The staff was nice. Dinning area was clean as well. My complaint no register paper for receipt,... icee machinery not working, and a few other items weren?t up too par . Plus the bread on my sandwich was stiff . My kids wantedcondiments on sandwiches, not added. Hopefully all issues were resolved by now ???????? Read more

Must I say, the worker I dealt with is by far extremely rude and clearly doesn?t want to be at her job. After making me get all... medium size meals because THEY didnt have any small containers, I asked her to explain, being it?s not my fault that you guysfailed to order or receive any small containers. After asking her to explain she screamed over the mic it?s about production, Ican?t give you medium size fry containers halfway full. Ummm okay. I went to speak and she?s now screaming over me at thispoint, ?do you want the meals or not??. I even told her how she should be way more customer friendly and she began to talk overme again asking if I still wanted the meals. This is terrible customer service! When you?re sole job is to appease the customersit?s just certain things you DO AND SAY differently!
