Came in today. Great customer service? 10/10 Food? 5/10 ordered the bacon 3 cheese steak, would not order again. The bacon... seemed more like turkey bacon which is not what I expected. Regular bacon would have made it perfect. The fries were not good atall. I ate two of them. They were quite dark so the grease must've not been fresh. Not happy about that since I paid the mealprice for them. The lemonade was just ok. Might come back but will likely skip the fries. Read more

I last visited Charleys in January since they opened in the plaza every week. I wanted to visit Charleys on Lansing after not... visiting after six months. I was in the hospital and all I wanted was a very good hot philly steak and a warm welcome like Ifelt before. I had very bad experience, very bad rude team. It's nowhere near good as opening back in the new year. It was veryclean before. Now they have boxes laying on the floor, seats on tables. Dirty washrooms. Unpleasant food taste. Must be newlazy management. We Will not visit again. Dont believe the good reviews as the family members that own the franchise are theones giving themselves good reviews. Read more

I've been coming to this restaurant five times now and every time that I've been coming here theres this one lady employee who... keeps giving me an attitude and having a bad customer service. She was being rude, messing up my orders and always on her phone.One day I ordered a Philly chicken and she kept giving me a a steak one instead. I asked her repeatedly if she could change itbut all she would do is roll her eyes and walk away. Not only that but she said something really racist and disrespectful. Went here for the 1st time today. The young gentleman at the counter provided my friend and I with his recommendations and was... very sincere and helpful. The food was cooked fresh and the original philly cheesesteak was delicious. The large sandwich hasenough calories to sustain you during Biden's upcoming and planned second pandemic. Enjoy. Read more
My foood was very good. The staff was awesome Ms. Casey was sooo sweet.. I will say check your food before you leave and make... sure its right. They are a bit PRICEY.. BUT AREN'T THEY ALL NOW. CHEESE AND CRACKERS.. BACON CHEESE FRIES WERE HOT AND FRESH.The pickle on the philly gives it a different lil flare but it was good.. I definitely would get Extra mayo next time..
