Great improvement from a few years ago. Clean, friendly and great food. Our server Sania was amazing!
Ordered my food over the phone. Waitress was real nice and professional. Went to pick up my food and my shrimp and fries were... missing. I received my shrimp but didn't realized my fries were missing until I got home. The waitress was telling everyone tocheck there food because people were missing food. There were 3 addtional people waiting on food that was missing from thereorder. Now my food is getting cold waiting on my missing food. Boxes of food was really messing with sauce and grease. Prices offood has gone up we deserve to get what we paid for. Read more
Waiter was great, however, they are serving soft steroid wings! Too big and not crispy at all!????????
I’ve given this location multiple attempts. 3 strikes you’re out. The service is fine. On par with what you would expect... from a chain restaurant. However, the wings there are terrible. They taste twice cooked and there is little to no breading. If Iwanted wings without breading, I could have went to B-Dubs. Visited the location in Oak Lawn and the wings were just as Iremembered and enjoyed. I really hope they get their act together. This was my favorite location before the onset of thepandemic. The only reason I gave one star is because of my waitress, other than that it deserves 0. Me and my kids came to this location... yesterday. Me and my oldest ordered bone in wings, my youngest ordered boneless. None of our food was hot, everything waslukewarm. My oldest son’s order had to be taken off the bill because when he bit into his wing it was uncooked and bloody. Itmessed the whole experience up for us. We left very quickly. I am definitely not coming back to this location. First impressionsare everything. But on a good note, our waitress was very nice and her service was great, but the food, NOT AT ALL PLEASANT. First off let’s start by saying I have gave this Lansing location several chances. So Monday 8/29 me and my co worker placed a... order and they did not add chicken to her salad but she was charged. She called and spoke with someone who said they wouldremake her salad. She called later and asked them if she could pick up new salad on the next day. Manager Elaine stated thatthey could not do it unless she brought the whole salad back and they would not just give her the chicken separately. Next day Iordered a salad…I don’t know why after the previous day incident. Everything was fine, for the next two days salads wasamazing. Thursday I decided to treat my mom and myself to a salad and chicken wings. Waitress was very short with me over thephone but ok. Picked up order and salads had next to no chicken on them. Showed the waitress and she literally looked at me likehow is this my problem. She said she would see if she could get me some extra chicken. She came back with Elaine AGAIN… themanager who stated she cannot give me any chicken, so I said you can just refund me my money. She quickly refunded my money$40.13. It’s crazy how this woman has no personality and lost a whole sale over some chicken that should be on the salad inthe first place. I will never visit this location again.
