I ordered a ribtip n link combo, wings, peach cobbler, dressing and Mac-n-cheese The hot link was ok. But the rib tips was so... hard and over done you can't eat it. Poor. . I also bought dressing w/ no cranberry sauce or gravy! Per the lady at the counterI asked do u have cranberry sauce she said NO and preceded to put the dressing in a container, I asked do u have gravy? Shesaid NO - for $7.99. Called to place my order ahead of time, but was told I couldn't do call in orders. I found an ordering service online and placed... my order. I arrived at Kenny's 20 mins later, and the food was not ready. I had to wait another 15 mins for my food. Cashier hada blank facial expression for Everything. No smile. No greeting. No goodbye. Just blank. A woman with blondish lox gave me myorder with a smile and double checked it for me. The food was good. That customer service needs a Big improvement. Read more
0 Stars 90+ dollars for hard links, hard tips, upcharge for wings, fee to use debit card, cold fries food just not the best,... haven't been here in awhile, didn't know they raised their prices that much for subpar food, will skip Kenny's until they canget their act together. New management and new employees needed quickly. Read more
Horrible customer service! The food was HORRIBLE!!. ordered turkey tips...They were full of fat meat and they were tuff!! Not... tender at all!!. Sweet potatoes taste lime they were straight out the can! Mac n cheese was straight from the box without realcheese! Mac n cheese slid off my plate, they were so runny! Almost a 100.00 bill for that awful food n service. Never again. Read more
The woman preparing the orders seemed to have an attitude when my driver asked about ordering wings then changed his mind bc he... wanted the order hot . He humanly just forgot he wouldn't get off til after nine pm. The time was about 1pm . If he orderednobody likes reheated fried wings.She mumbled something but I didn't take time to even ask " what'd you say miss " my drivermentioned it to me as we left with my order of tips it was tasty could have been one more rib tip. The Gentleman cooking ribsover a hot grill smiled seemed very pleasant. But the server would run his customers away if they paid any attention to her. Read more
I went here to purchase food from my grandmother on her birthday I and this place was a complete disappointment. From the moment... I walked in I can tell that the old lady taking the orders is ready to go because her attitude was terrible. It was an hour orso before they close and they tell me they have no sides. It was my first visit to Kenny's. I purchased a mini tip for $8.99. Not worth the price, I had a total of maybe 7 pieces of ribs... and maybe 12 fries. The taste was bland and tasted boiled then smoked for maybe 15 minutes. If the taste was on point, Iwouldn't mind the price, however I'm not a fan . Read more
I wondered why I had not been to Kennys Ribs in a few years. After going last night, I realize why. I ordered six wings, the... bill was well over $12. No problem. However, if I am going to spend $12 on wings, they need to look like $12 wings. These wingswere no bigger than a silver dollar. There were maybe about seven french fries. The pricing on the board stated six wings for$9.99. However, when she rang me up, she rang me at $12.67. I advised her the board stated $9.99. She then proceeded to producea paper menu that stated $10.99. Once again, No problem. Your price is your price, and I will pay what I am advised to pay.They just need to serve according to what the customer is paying. I understand prices have risen and cost points are no longerwhat they used to be. Got it. However, to serve six wings no bigger than a silver dollar, accompanied with seven french friesand a teaspoon of mild sauce, is unacceptable. If the employees there went anywhere else and they were served like that, theywould not appreciate it. When I picked up my bag from them, I stated to the cashier that the bag seems extremely light.
