Got 3 whole grinders. The sandwiches aren't even the same size anymore. They are over 3 inches shorter and the bread on one is... super skinny. Prices kept going up and now shorter sandwiches. They have just lost my business. They definately aren't worthwhat they charge. Read more
Called ahead to order 2 grinders. Was told 20 minutes. Got there in 25 minutes. Was told it'd be 15 more minutes. Ended up... being there 25 more minutes waiting. Girl told me she was training. There were 4 people there. Who trains 3 people on aFriday lunch time with one employee that knows what they are doing. Do better. Read more
Ordered 5 sandwiches 2 blt, 2 Mancini clubs, and a meatball and a salad got something not blt. Not sure what it was but looked... like a bunch of slop. When called to complain would not give a credit or refund. Disgusting. Had to make another trip out andand had to wait again for 2 new sandwiches to be made and had to return wrong ones. No compassion. When I called and asked tospeak to manager was told she is going to tell you the same thing. Horrible customer service. Definitely not putting customersfirst and horrible service. Excellent sandwich! Great place to get a bite. Half sand is good for lunch and they are only $5 on monday. Daily special of $5... sandwiches. Girls that work there are kind and efficient. They actually smile. Read more
Fantastic sandwiches havnt tried the pizza yet but I can say definitely try the chicken Ranchero and the Italian grinder
